the more important question is why the **** is he sticking his money into UK real estate. Everyone knows the whole thing is ****ed right now. If hes stuck most of his money in UK real estate over the last few years hes probably -30% with no sign of recouping it.

What games do they stake you up to? Have you considered sponsorship by other sites. Betfair/Party/will hill etc. You were sponsored at Betfair at one point then left, why?

Kinda makes sense but if my hourly winrate was in low 4 figures, I don't know if I could convince myself to stay away from the tables so easily... Online poker is an opportunity that might no longer exist (in such a profitable form at least) in 5 years, so not playing now when still crushing might be giving up on literally millions of dollars.
