Instructions for railing Pokerstars in the US

Posting hands

Please use the following options for converting hands:

Preferred by most: http://www.handconverter.com.

Set to "Two Plus Two Forums" output, "Use player names" and "Show results". You can convert multiple hand histories at once, but please try to separate them once pasted into your reply for ease of reading (e.g type a between hands).

How to capture Stars hand histories:

On the Stars table click the "previous hand" link on the top left, which brings up the hand history box. Click the hand you want to post, Ctrl+A to select, Ctrl+C to copy. Bring up the converter tab in your browser, Ctrl+A/Ctrl+V on the left hand box to paste the new hh. Click the "Convert" button. Ctrl+A/Ctrl+C on the right hand box to copy the converted hand, Ctrl+V into the quick reply box on here.

We generally post ~200bb+ pots, but if there's an interesting hand/showdown, or if there's not much action feel free to post smaller ones.

If that converter is down (happens occasionally): http://www.pokerconverter.com.

Set to "Show all names", "2+2 Forums" output and tick "Show results". You need to reset this converter after every hand. I use this converter for NL hands, to make them easily distinguishable from PLO hands.

If you want to post 2-7 TD hands, the only one (I know of) which outputs pot sizes in $ rather than BB is at: www.feralcowpoker.com.

Set it to "Two Plus Two - textonly" output, and show results and player names.

Grabbing Partypoker hand histories

A free Partypoker hand grabber is located here: http://www.jukofyork.com/freephg.htm.

It imports hands straight into your HEM, so you can post hands/EV graphs. The thread is here if you have any problems: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/16...-available-118.

Posting screenshots

Hyperdesktop is a fantastic app for capturing screenshots and auto-uploading them. It gives you the link to post here, no need to even visit the hosting site.

Download here: http://gethyperdesktop.com/.

Looks like Kanu7 is killing it as usual guy is an absolute sicko.

Regarding the tomsOn/wilhasha-debate:

I can see where the railbirds are coming from with their "bluff more" comments towards tomsOn since no one likes a nit, but if you actually are a grinder yourself it is definitely scummy what wilhasha is doing. Not only is he trying to get the fish to play higher, but he is also in a way trying to get the action for himself, since maybe some of these players at 25/50 wouldn't be willing to play as high.

Furthermore - take this with a grain of salt as I am not playing as high as these guys - it is common knowledge regulars will adjust their range almost to "value only" when playing vs. fish. So telling the fish "these guys don't bluff" is definitely an unethical thing to do, since, like tomsOn said, it might directly affect the profitability of the games.

So, yeah, if someone did this at a table I was sitting at, I'd gladly report them to "The Scum Reg Thread". Not sure how someone like deldar can say something so clueless on this matter. There is zero chance no one would get offended if someone tried this in a live game.

It is only bad if someone says this guy never bluffs in the middle of a hand when the guy is betting.
07-01-2012 , 01:40 PM
wonder what the railbirds would be saying if wilhasha overbet river and during the hand a reg who as played him HU in the past; says; ``hes always bluffing``

wilhasha and EireAbu are doing four $25/$50 NLHE tables.

Please try to read all the posts

Calling out the nits in live games is like one of the most standard live game practices ever. Seriously? Lol at the guy who said it'll "affect the profitability". If by that you mean it'll make the game more profitable for you then yes, that is the case. Wilhasha didn't make any insane specific reads or anything, and saw if the fish wanted to play higher. Suck it up guys.
