So if I'm understanding this correctly Bret Stephens Googled 'Jews as bedbugs' in order to build a connection between being called a bedbug and being a Jew in the Holocaust, found a dissertation that had that phrasing, and copied the Google link in the address bar which included what he Googled to find it, in this case 'Jews as bedbugs', as the source of the quote.

Had NW +6.5. Even if the O lineman had just fallen on it or kicked it through the end zone they still cover.

Have made like 5 plays this year, and lost 3 games to sick beats.

Damn, the Bahamas are getting destroyed by Dorian. One of the worst storms to ever hit there and it crawled along. I’ve weathered several minor/medium-sized hurricanes in incredibly safe conditions and it was still unnerving at times. I can’t imagine what it’s like being battered for hours by tornado-force winds and insane flooding.

You're misreading an awkwardly constructed sentence. Ben Penn is the author of the Bloomberg Law article; Podhoretz wrote a message to Pen castigating him for the article.
