The first question for whoever is running the show is "What kind of a forum do you want?" A place where everyone is happy is obviously silly. A forum where adults discuss current events in the style of SE, or OOT is possible only with buy-in from mods willing to apply remedial site-wide rules (i.e., a practical impossibility). If you truly want an anything-goes zoo, why not just have that.

What we have now is kind of the worst of all worlds where some mod will occasionally censor Mirco for saying a naughty word but will gloss over the usual racist garbage that's become a hallmark of the community.

I have never heard you spend a positive word toward a right-wing policy proposal in general, or right-wing politicians in the USA or Europe.

if you were an anti-trump right-wing person you would (in some random order) talk very harshly about immigration , taxation, regulations, something that the lefts wants and implements and the the right doesn't want in the same terms and implements very differently.

I probably wouldn’t use bans unless something extreme came up. I’m all about snacks and 5 minute breaks these days. I have a little one to think of and it’s softened me up, so you can blame her

Ahaa, good that you mention the notes bc the notes mean nothing.
Ask a lawyer, they mean absolutely nothing in this case which means this case is completely botched as they pretty much leaned on this piece of bs "evidence"
Convicting someone on notes alone is illegal but they did.
You would have to convict every nurse probably on this planet if that would be the case.
She wrote she is evil she did this, which you and the court misinterpreted.
She might have said that bc it happened on her shift and she felt responsible.
Nothing else. A lot of people write notes like that, doesnt mean theyre guilty.
The case has to be re-done.
