I think everyone should be able to live anywhere really, but for sure they should be able to live somewhere as a full citizen with complete freedom to move around and leave and enter it. Israel doesn't allow that for like 5 million people.

With a constitution that allowed for complete civil rights for all Jews and Arabs a Jew could well call that their own state even if Jews were not a majority of the population.
