Never watched the movie. The story/concept of the movie is pretty well known, even to those who have not seen it. Why would I lie about something so trivial, if I saw it I would say I saw it. I have some doubts as to your assessment of the prostitution business impact, but cannot say its a topic that concerns me that much. I have never seen the TV show "Breaking Bad" but I know it is about a dude that makes and sells meth. Likely there are shows/movies you have not seen that you are still familiar with, that situation is not particularly rare.
