Turns out some black people don't want to wear masks apparently. Who knew?
I'm at a Ashley furniture store. 2 with a mask, 1 without just walked in. Jamal (no mask) is helping them. So it's 50%. South Carolina opening up. Restaurants patios open only though. Can't eat inside yet.
Down to 33% blacks with masks at this particular store. I'm doing informal surveys.
2/10 now.

That's a horrible analogy. It's the job of our politicians to defend us from attack/pandemics etc. It's on us, in a democracy, to elect people who are competent to do it in a way that we want. There's no comparison with rape victims - they haven't failed to do anything they are supposed to do.
