Can someone tell me what I need to do in OBS so I can stream by betonline tables? Working with a coach and sent him a video not realizing none of my betonline was captured. Thank you.

There is nothing you can do in OBS, screen capture has been disabled on all chico sites for security reasons. You would need to make a personal request and from what I've understood they only give it to people with valid reason like big twitch streamers or people who help with software improvements

Are betonline aware that sitngo tables randomly wont pop up, and trying to enter the game via tourney lobby crashes the client? Its an issue since the latest update but its happening multiple times a day where you get blinded out of the full game.

no it still has multiple crashes a day without any other software running, been an issue since the update games starting with 10bb less then starting stack

its more when a sng starts it says 'failed to open game' or something simular then you open lobby and its a message 'trying to connect to lobby' during this time your being satout and blinded out of the game

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share my experience with high GPU usage, between 85%-100% while playing on the BetOnline. Despite having the latest drivers and updated hardware, including an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti (12.0 GB) and an Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900K CPU, I am still experiencing issues. I even tried switching from integrated GPU to dedicated GPU, but that didn't help either.

I'm hoping to hear from others in the community who may have experienced similar issues and find a solution together.

why does the recent update hide our chipstack inbetween EVERY hand? Horrible decision between everyhand theres a few seconds where you just dont know what your chipstack is.. makes 0 sense to have this

also, the blinking SB/BB animations at every hand are pretty annoying. with the button, it has no purpose anyway.
why?

when playing some hu for example, i guess its getting quite tilting

If they wanted us to remember our table positions, then maybe they should've added some static markers instead (and I could disable them in Jurojin). Just a few square pixels in a corner of the player box, but nooo--fishes must play responsively and remember where they are seated. Or whatever. I don't see the bloody purpose anyway.

Did the recent update remove the ability to seamlessly switch from browser to phone for cash games? I used to be able to pull open BOL on phone while I had cash games open in a browser and it would keep all my same tables. Since the last update it doesn't work at all. Chris do you have any insight on this?

I started getting this pop up window when opening a table, it usually disappears on its own after couple of minutes and the table becomes accessible again, but never experienced anything like this in the past, it started a week ago or so

Thanks Chris. I wanted to bring up one more minor thing. When typing for a player note or just chatting, it gets interrupted and you have to re-click where you want to continue typing if action pops up at another table. It's more of an annoyance than anything but would be nice if they could fix.
