Five days after the above post........
Here is the email I received today when I asked where in the hell is my EXPRESS check (nine days later).
"A tracking number for your package is not available as yet as your request was re-done because of a processor error. We are awaiting updates from our processors. We thank you for your patience in this matter. As we receive our tracking numbers it will be emailed to your immediately."
It is so sad the way WSEX jerks us around....
If they didn't 'have' the poker room I would have dumped them a long time ago...
In the promotional email I received yesterday there is a line that says:
Cashier - the new Cashier page is more user friendly. Everything you need is right there on one page; including your upcoming Pay Status.
NOTHING about being paid in a timely manner like all of the other sports books!!!
For fifty-****** bucks, express mail means OVER NIGHT!!
NOT over the next week or TWO or EVEN later!!!!
