They've always had slow payouts. They will always be slow. They've always paid me. My last withdrawal was made 7/9, and wasn't even taken from my acct until 7/20! lol But It will get here, sometime.

Why not just open another account and fleece 'em again?

I play sng's, and it is based on rake hands. I haven't played there in a week or so too diffilicult to get a sng going above $10. I check back occiasionally.

They do open new accounts, I been chasing these bots forever, it seems to be operated by 3 or 4 guys.They never play each other, and also log on same time with 1 bot at 20/40 and 30/60 etc.Too hard to get money on wsex and been there done that.heheh.I believe that one bot operator usually has two bots going at a time.They seem to take shift as 1 operator has two bots running at a time in the daytime, then using 2 more bots during the night.Theres more bots, but i wont say anything as they seem to give me action.seems like they fixed the timing tells for the most part as it isnt as obvious as before.

Something seems fishy with the RHR race, "popper" is leading this week and his hand count is continually increasing but he is not playing at any table. His total is going up 2 points per minute but I can't find him. He usually plays .05/.10 limit and he is not there or anywhere else for that matter.

its still alive, but barely.cashout is ok,just dont go for checks ,that options sucks balls.if you do instadebit or moneybooker, itsfast, 2days and in your account

This is one of the rooms where it has nothing but unbeatable bots, why would anyone consider being part of it?

I'm also waiting for a 3K withdrawal from sports betting on WSEX - it's been about a month now. I will never deposit money on WSEX again, I think there's a fair chance they stop paying out and go under. They've been downgraded from an A+ sportsbook to a C sportsbook in less than a year. I thought you were trolling, but it appears you're right; four downgrades in five months. That's a troubling development.

There's still a smattering of poker, mainly 6 max, low limit and NL hold 'em. If you want to play some 3/6 or NL100 a table can usually be found. A handful of the older regulars occasionally drift in.

There are heads up opportunities for higher stakes but you have to be very wary of the opponents. It is reasonably well established that the HU play is bot infested.

WSEX launched a promo recently which they modeled like a rake race, but they used hand totals instead of rake generated. As such, there is now a hive of microstake activity which was surely not the intention of the promo.

If the management does still read this thread it would be a great idea to turn the promo into a rake race based on rake paid instead of numbers of hands played. This sort of promo would easily pay for itself and is the sort of thing many suggested back when WSEX still had a more robust player base. As the promo is currently structured WSEX is attracting microstakes players who are looking simply to scratch out a meager portion of the handout. This is probably exacerbating the payout issues as these players are more likely to be oriented towards more frequent, low volume payouts.

Again, a rake race will make WSEX money and likely pull in some of their former player base. Right now WSEX is just doing a counterproductive give away to a profitless microstake base. WSEX would be well advised to try to end some of these parasitic relationships they've developed.

Not for new players. Existing players are grandfathered in at 65% rake back. I think the site is pretty much dead. I did get an email that my withdrawal is on its way. I'm taking out the majority of the rest of my money.

what's the point of rakerace if you can't cashout
for people that have too much money that can't cashout.

this may not seem a good deal but you would be kicking yourself for not take this deal, if this site go under.

Cash outs have always been slow for years (typically 5-8 weeks) due to the challenge of running a sportsbook in the crosshairs of the US gov't, but I don't recall ever hearing of someone not being paid.

Not sure if this has been mentioned and Im sure as hell not going to read this whole thread to find out, but the majority of WPX's traffic are prop players. Also the reason it died here the first time is because they had a ton of confirmed bots playing and they didnt do anything about it....then with cashout problems, crappy customer service, plus them changing the RB terms without warning (all players used to get 100% RB)..... it just died and imo should have stayed dead.

Im sure someone could go through the archives and find all the old threads on it. We all tried our best to help WPX get off the ground and spread the word but imo they didnt seem to care about the poker room after a while since they werent making any money from it.

and before I get PMs asking about propping, no theres no money in it anymore if you're american and no I dont know anything about the EU sites. I know all the sites that US players can prop at and no you will not make money from them and a a few of them have even been "blacklisted" here. in a nut-shell... if WPX really put some work into their software and service then they could be a big contender....but then again they'd probably lower their RB.... the old saying rings very true here....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
