I live in the U.S and my checks have always been delivered by DHL. I have had to sign for it everytime. If I'm not there they stick a note to the door and try again the next day.

I am finding QuickTender customer service to be very poor. This has cause unreasonable delay in me receiving a cash out from them.

Anyone else ?

Has anyone gotten a check from Cake recently? Withdrawal on 9/14, still waiting. Not worried, just want to see where their processor is at.

They seem to have been a little slow in September. I requested my check on the 1st of September then got the email confirming that it had been processed and sent on the 21st. That was the day after it had been delivered. So, I wouldn't worry much, it took about 3 weeks from request until delivery.

My last check was processed on 9/1 and I received it 9/16. I cashed it the day I got it, which is awesome. Funny thing is I got the tracking number on the 19th, 3 days after I received the check lol.

Last 'check withdrawal' I got (about 2 months back) was actually a 'Cashiers Cheque' from a Canadian Bank (In USD$ but I have a feeling the teller's at my back no longer buy my "I'm an internet consultant with many one-time contract clients"...but they haven't given me any **** and the checks are always good.

I am a U.S. resident banking at an American bank. I understand that cake gives one free withdrawal per month via check. Am I going to get charged fees on this when I try to deposit it at my bank?

I can't imagine why you would. It's a normal check, besides the fact it's from a Canadian bank, so should be no problem. Your only concern is if you're not with a big bank like Chase or 5/3, because you run the risk of some podunk not recognizing it as legit. Not a huge risk though.

In my experience, it's possible but not likely. I was forced to have the check sent off to collections one time and for that service there is a fee. The bank puts the checks through some sort of machine and if the machine indicates it has to be sent of to collections that's what they do. I've cashed out lots of checks and only one had to collections and that was rather expensive (around $100 IIRC).

Sorry if this question was already answered.

If i wanna cash out with ewalletxpress or usemywallet do i need to submit proof to cake poker like when i cashout by check? i heard you need to scan your id and bank statement.

so we can basically transfer the money to ewalletxpress then transfer to another poker site and cash out for cheaper than payin the 10% fee?

What kind of trouble? I requested one on the 8th, so I'm not looking for it until the 28th or so.

My last check took one month to the day though, which sucked greatly.

So, I came here to complain about waiting 28 days to receive my check in the past. I figured I should also post that I requested a check on 12/4, received it on 12/24 Great timing, when I was expecting a longer wait time due to the holidays. It would be AWESOME if Cake could get checks from my account to my door in 2 weeks flat (something I would make sure to point out in the forums), but I'm very happy with my 20 day turnaround.
