Also, has anyone from the US been able to withdraw from Cake Poker using eWallet ($50 minimum withdrawals)?

Stop ripping Cake you chumps. Ive cashed out plenty on Cake through 2009 -2011. You shouldn't post in this forum unless you've actually received/requested a cash-out from Cake. We don't need these trolls/pessimists in here. Cake is a legitimate sight and is flourishing Thank you C-Dub

^^Precautionary measure on Cake's part, just in case the DoJ hammer comes downs.

In other news, I requested check on 6/3. Nothing yet, its officially 2 months and a day now. Hoping this means I'm close to getting paid soon.

Also, I officially stopped playing on Cake. I still have about $600 remaining, but I just refuse to support them in any way.

I really believe the only way that Cake will take this issue seriously is if people stop patronizing them. If they see a significant decline in players maybe they'll, at the very least, put a representative on the site to answer questions and allay player fears. Sadly, this is unlikely because most of us have few options and will continue playing on the site despite their bull****. I wanna boycott these guys so bad, but it seems like a fruitless endeavor. What do you guys think?

Well, what do you guys think is the reason that Cake is taking so long with their cashouts? If it's becaue they're having financial problems then reducing their traffic would only decrease their revenue, and make it more difficult for them to pay their players.

yes but the point is that it used to take 1 week to GET the check, now it is taking 2-3 months to get an email that your withdraw is pending....something is wrong with Cake, unless they cannot find a bank to get checks out which is a possibility.

Well, my doorbell just rang early this morning and i peeked out the window to see who it was. Its a Fed Ex truck waiting outside my door. I quickly ran downstairs to the front door. I just recieved my check from my last weeks cashout request.

The check is from xxxxxxxxxx. My only guess is its possible Canadians get their money quicker. Any other Canucks recieved a check this fast recently?

Funny part is, i could have sworn my cashout request was still pending as of yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just recieved this email from Cake poker. I find it amusing because i got my check in the mail over a week ago and this was sent to me in email yesterday lol They are only a week late sending me this email

Valued CakePoker Player,

Please be advised that your cashout request has now begun processing and should be completed within 48-72 hours.

Best wishes,

hi troll. youre qualified to decide whats allowed in this thread how? you have 17 posts and aren't a mod. and lol @ cake flourishing. cake shop orders have been ignored for nearly a year, and the shop is now defunct. cake cashouts are taking up to 3 months and the max cashout is $2500. cake cheaters go unpunished, still. now THAT's what I call flourishing!

I don't get this idea of a boycott. I'm sure Cake realize there is a problem, they are not delaying payments on purpose to upset their customers. Getting angry with them isn't going to magic everybody's withdrawal into their bank account, I'm afraid. I agree that they should have somebody come on 2p2 and give an explanation.

^^This is really all I want. Is it too much to ask for a rep to come on here? Almost every other site has, for Christ's sake several have their own dedicated forums. I'm sure everyone is sick of speculating.

A boycott would not be about banging our fist on the table because we're not getting what we want, but rather declaring their is a standard for online poker rooms and they have to meet that standard.

If the news is really bad, I'd rather hear it now. Whatever though. No one cares about any of this unless they have money wrapped up in it.

In other words, I should be getting a check in a week or so if it comes in near the average, then one more withdrawal and I'm out bitches! Unless I can get a trade.

US Player requested 3k on 5/18, nothing yet.
I've sent 4 polite emails or so and no progress, same response as always.
I still play occasionally but I figure it's pointless since it would take me over a year to get all the money I have off there.

If they could even get withdrawal processing time down to 1 month, I would put in so much volume.
