RPM has the best support from what i've gathered. Its rare for their live support to be offline. They're very quick about getting you answers to questions. Cashouts are the same, takes about a month to get ur check. $2500 max cashout.

For the record, I have followed this thread and Cake poker in general for the last few years. I really don't think angry e-mails, threats, spam emailing support every day for your money,etc is constructive. I don't believe that any of those tactics, or even generating rake, have anything to do with your cashout processing speed. The variance in processing dates for some people is probably due to some geographical concern, I assume they process payouts through various channels and have to thus do the cashouts in batches at the appropriate time for that channel.

Again, I am obv disappointed in Cake lately and their management, but their support staff has always been pretty friendly and responsive and wasting their time or yelling at them is unhelpful. We should however keep demanding a Cake Rep on 2+2 so there is a communication avenue between players and Cake management. I'd take even bad news over no news!

People have been waiting months (and know that they will need to cash out multiple times in order to get their money off the site. Of course they're impatient! Yes, did come into this thread not knowing. To answer your question, i am a patient person lol, unlike most. Impatience at a time like this is ridiculous. Why are you going to add more stress to your life esp at a time like this and fret over something you can't control. Seems like a waste of time to me... So i don't feel empathetic for those waiting.

I am canadian, i got my check in 1 week. Requested july 20th and i got it july 27th.

My previous moneybookers withdraw however took 1 month. From what i have read, i am very lucky.

for non US the processing of cashouts is actually fine and doesn't take as long, did you also deposit with MoneyBookers before? - longest waiting time ever for me (as German) with MB was 3 days until it was credited ... and last was 2 weeks ago, where I cashed out from 2 different skins and all was done within 48h
