Where Can US Players Play? Where Can US Players Play?

Has someone mentioned the thought of U.S. players moving overseas? All that $ that can be made playing OLP with all the sites available to you.
Cant go wrong there.

Also CakePoker and Intertops are good rooms to play at.
Hi

If you decide to give Intertops a shot then please use the below link when signing up. After creating the account PM me with your username and a short text requesting rakeback and I will set it up for you.

I'll probably just send RPM my info within the next couple weeks (I want to talk to some friends and ask where they play at, if they do) because if I want to make money I will need to give them my info eventually, you know?

Hey, I'm actually in Lex, KY. I just started grinding on sportsbook.ag, their poker room is on the Merge network. I had an account there before they stopped accepting new players from certain states. Before I deposited I chatted with a cust service rep asking if I will be able to play and withdraw. He said yes so it sounds like it's only an issue for new players located in the banned states. I am going to be requesting my first cashout soon so I hopefully it goes OK. I am prepared to wait 6-8 weeks as they say.

I just started grinding on Merge like a week ago but I have already played enough DON's to conclude they are pretty soft. I mostly play $10 DON's and I think they are easier than the DON's on Bodog (before Bodog ruined their poker room). I used to play Bodog and mostly just played tournies because the DON's and other sit n go's were not easy.

I have not played much poker since BF and would like to make a small deposit on some US friendly site......I just want to be able to whip out my debit card and not have to jump through hoops to make a deposit...but of course I dont mind submitting necessary paperwork if down the road I want to withdraw

So what site is the easiest for US players to deposit?? Where my debit card wont run into hurdles??....but at the same time, the site has to be trustworthy too....

Merge has very soft microstakes DoN games, but beyond that there is a large portion of regs. I personally feel Bodog(preupdate) has easy DoN games. I have a 14% ROI at the $8 turbos and 13% at the $14 ones. With ~2100 $8 and ~1200 $14 played.

I'm still debating if Bodog is still profitable enough for me to play at with this update. I personally feel that my win rate went up at the HU cash tables, but that could just be variance. However my main sites are Minted Poker(might go back to merge with their new house rule) to play 6max ring and HUSNGs on Colt Poker(Cake).

If it wasn't for me getting free money onto Colt Poker and their soft HUSNGs I wouldn't be playing there because the cashout is slow. I would go to Intertops. Minted still has the best cashouts and customer support between all the US sites. I requested a cashout of $500 on Sunday via Western Union and received it on Tuesday.

America's Cardroom is the site I'm itching to try out only because they have a Straddle and Chop options. However Straddles are pretty pointless unless you can do Mississippi Straddles when you can straddle the button.

LockPoker. I use a Visa. I just go to the poker client and choose Casino client, deposit move it to poker and golden. go to twitter and look for bigdogpocket5s and get VIP benefits or rakeback at rakebacknation.

I misquoted. Sorry guys. Rakebacknation doesen't offer rakeback to Lock players. My bad. look for bigdogpocket5s and he can set you up with VIP access which will include cashback ops. Sorry bout that.

I'm looking for a good place to start playing online again. I'll play micro to low stakes cash games. Only one or two hours on weekend nights and maybe more on weekends, so not a ton of volume.

I don't mind slightly longer withdrawal times, and from reading some of this thread, was thinking Merge.

I checked the different skins and it seems to me that Lock/Carbon do their VIP points on a month-to-month basis, while RPM/Blackchip work on a cumulative point system? For lower, but steady, volume, the RPM VIP system would be better right? And RPM seems to have better promotions...is that just this December or do they always have good promotions?

Too bad the RPM theme is tacky and ugly. I like Lock's and Carbon's theme a lot better. What do I do?!?!?

You can adjust the table theme to your liking. Table, rail, carpet, card, and interface are all adjustable. Only the presets are "tacky and ugly", except for the diamond plate one which I actually like. The promotions are better.

I personally like Lock but I am a Black VIP elite so I get the bonuses already. If I were starting over and wanted to just play, I would still go with Lock because of Rizen and the team to help out. just my opinion. Have a good luck at tables.

I wanted to clarify on how RPM's VIP system works. Hopefully this 500 page thread is where I should ask.

So the idea is you keep building up VIP points at RPM and since they are lifetime VIP points, unless you stop playing for the decay period of 60 days. So if you hit the top VIP level, you only need to play one hand every 60 days to maintain it? This is better in the longterm for people who can't play enough in a single month to meet the monthly VIP point requirements at Lock and Carbon, right?

Hi, sorry for being a douche but I just need to get some confirmations that I should follow through with this. Sorry for bothering your time.

If you are able to put in the volume and are beating the games, stars is a pretty good option. Yes you can get good rb deals on other networks. There are many factors to include when choosing sites. I guess it all depends on what is most important to you.

As an american who plays on all us facing sites (except bodog recently), I would prolly give my left nut to play on stars again.
sorry for hijacking the thread for a quick second, but in your opinion, what is the best US site that you are on and why? (I'm an American looking to get back in the groove)

Its hard to say, Bodog was most profitable but wont play there for time being.

Merge has the most traffic, some decent promos and good software but slow cashouts.

Cake has dealt rb and decent sw but slow cashouts.

Minted has loose play, 40% rb and reasonable cashout times but traffic is limited and some software hiccups for me.

To me there is not really a 'best' site among them. I kinda just try to get the best out of each of them. Utilizing the p2p transfer (here on 2p2) thread is key for moving $ around and off sites.

Hope that helps

Also op- if you dont play that much volume, another site might be the best option for you. Just try to weigh your overall needs with what some other sites offer. You could maybe clear a few bonuses on some other sites just to test the waters, if you dont like the results you can always go back (im jelly).

How many VP's can you ge 2-3 abling 50 NL 6max or HU? (at RPM that is)

Where should I grind 6-man sngs (reg and turbo <$20)? Is Merge beatable or reg filled? I'm on Bodog now, but hate the update and table limit.
12-14-2011 , 04:10 PM
i do find the double or nothing sngs on merge to be far easier than stars as far as being able to win.
