We apologize for the continued delay in the audit of the 2010 wagerprofits dataset and delayed March/April commissions. Unfortunately the situation is more involved than it first presented itself and we are only now in the final stages of completing our internal audit. Due to our commitment to the longevity of the program we will be releasing full and transparent details to all affiliates on an individually basis following the completion of the investigation and the upload of corrective transactions to the WP database. This will occur no later than June 7th. Please accept our apology once again. We sincerely hope for your continued understanding as we strive to correct the imperfections and build wagerprofits for the future.


This is the bull**** they are giving out. This was sent to me 10 days ago which they managed to keep me quiet until now. 7th was yesterday and stil nothing. They used those 10 days to run and hide in Brazil or something.

These guys are bloody crooks - if anyone has money on here kiss it good bye. They stoll $4,100 from one guy aready and now they are stealing from all the people who helped tham

After 27 days waiting for a withdraw, i received an email:

"Hello XXX.

I complained to Kahnawake myself and that place is a total sham.

They let this site steal 4300 from me over an issue where past management let me sign up and play as a usa player and now new mangement used it as excuse to steal $4300 from me. Long story but when i told Kahnawake.. they banned my emails and would not even look at my evidence.

Then Richard Murray, the head of Kahnawke wrote me a verdict not providing one shred of evidence of how i was at fault.

Paynorake and Kahnawake cannot be trusted are theives. I have tons of proof of this if anybody cares to see pm me.

They do this all the time. Complain as much as possible and be aggressive or they won't take any notice. I will never deposit money on that site EVER again.

I can't belive PayNoRake is still running. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have over 20 emails going back 3 months all full of lies. Tilt is going down, paynorake is doing the same, they have no money, they will tkae your deposit if you ever choose to.

Paynorake stole my 4300 dollars cuz a past manger let me sign up even though i was in the usa.

They did an investigation but did not even contact the manger whom let me sign up..
What kind of fraud/ sham investigation is that?

Then used this as an excuse to steal my 4300 bucks even though their own management from let me sign up.

This place is fraudulent.. never play here.

I've got the same problem. I'm playing at tigergaming and I'm waiting more than 6 weeks for my cashout (normally 72h). I often talked to the support (Carlaos Vasquez is called eric at tigergaming and he got the same picture) I only get apologizes from them. It isn't possible to reach operations@actionpoker.com cause they never answer you. The support only answers with a copy/paste text and they don't pay their affiliates too. Be carefull! I'll tell you if they payout this week...

i am playing by Paynorake since 1.5 years, the bad news are that they have sometimes longer delays with their withdraw, the good news are that i got my money everytime.

After more than 2 months waiting for my pending withdrawal from PayNoRake, I just received the money

It was a pretty big delay, but I got my money. I've been playing there for almost 2 years, and expirienced some 1 or 2 weeks delays in the past, but I always got paid properly.

I think there is no need to worry about PayNoRake, just hope they solve their delays problem soon

(By the way, I didn't contact that guy in the previous post, just talked to support of the site)

OMFG. Sorry to hear all these tales of woe, guys. But I have to say that I'm kinda glad I'm not the only one having these issues.

I've been waiting 2 weeks for my payout of $1000.17; my entire balance. After my first withdrawal took 9 days instead of the stated 2-3, I decided to get the rest and buy in elsewhere.

Their support is really dire. I've given up emailing the Operations Department as, from the looks of things, not one of them could find their arse with both hands. The live support folks don't seem to care and just give "assurances" that they will contact Operations for me.

I've now demanded that they contact me within 24 hours to explain themselves or I will be raising a complaint with the Khanawake Gaming Commission. I guess threats are the only thing these crooks understand.

Most prescient of you, Krongard. I've heard nothing.

From the looks of things, it seems this has been going on for years.

While I shall now be taking my grievance to the Khanawake Gaming Commission individually, some form of organised, mass-complaint could be a good idea.

Perhaps we could organise an online petition to bring to the attention of the KGC. It could just be a thread on this site with everyone who has experienced problems making one short post with some basic details. Just an idea.

The letter idea could work too. It would require someone to both write it and collate the names and usernames of the signatories.

Anyone else behind this idea, in principle?

Hi Everybody. I have the same problem. My last withdrawal was 2011-05-20. Earlier pending withdr from 2011-06-30 and now 7k+ dollars in pending withdr.

I said to support:
We are going to write a collective letter to the KGC commission...

hi guys, i think of all of you i am in the worst shape. been in contact with the kgc since march and absolutely nothing has improved. i have about 140k in my br at pnr atm. the site states that i will be getting 8k each month in cashouts but nothing even close comes my way. we all know about their support that never answers emails already. very shady company.........
i am considering getting some legal advice, my br there def justifies it.
