Hi,

Im waiting too for two weeks now for my money. Those bastards keep saying "technical difficulties" and processing issues. I don't believe this to be true because of how fast they were before and also this network has been around a long time. It's not common to see this with established cardrooms.

It's not useful to complain to the KGC, they will not care but pretend to listen. There will be no resolution from their side... there is nothing to do but wait and bring our problems to the public forum.

One complain to the KGC does nothing, but when there are many users complaining about the same, they will do something.

At the end, they just want to earn money with happy users playing at their sites.

In my case, after I sent a complain, I received a reply email from KGC, an email from a PayNoRake supervisor, and an email from the operations department promising that in less than 24h I will have my money.

Writing a complaint does help, alot. I filled out a form last week and got a response from KGC the next day. 2 days later I got an e-mail from operations and the supervisor saying I would be paid within 48 hours. The next day my money was sent.

I HIGHLY advice you guys to fill out the form and deal with it this way, instead of getting their automated responses.

After my complain, I received the money within those 24h.

I want everyone to know who plays there that they will process your cashout within 72 hours when you put in a complaint with the KGC. Myself along with 10+ other players have done this and have all received our money within 4-5 days of contacting them.

In this case as usually, especially when it takes longer than a month, it means that they are lacking money, but they will pay as they get it. Though, I wouldn't play there till things have improved (this is currently one of the three networks or sites - this is the same as Action Poker network or that site only - where I don't play, though there are more and have been more). Playing at the small sites and networks have had these problems since the birth of Jesus. Some have went down and players lost their money. The odds of losing one's money, I don't know exactly and it depends, but it's there. They might now be able to pay but something might happen and they can't or won't anymore.

The story so far....

Eventually paid after 2 month delay. Since then promised the time frame will improve. Bottom line is it hasn't and every time I am waiting on funds from Paynorake I find I'm waiting over 1 month and each time and I'm told a new excuse.

Paynorake - paylatecashouts 100% of the time

That are either stupid or seriously broke.

Action Poker is the same way (same network) It took me 10 days to get my payout after it was promised earlier on 2 different occasions. I have dealt with them before and the only advice I can give is to constantly email them. As soon as you ask for the withdrawl, email them to let them know. They'll give you a timeframe (usually 24-72 hours) and if you don't have your money, email them again! Be courteous in your emails, but tell them you are urgent about wanting your money. I used the Kanawahke this time and I had my money 48 hours later. I'm not sure if that's coincidental or not, but that is a good alternative.

Hey guys anybody from the usa play here and been able to cashout? and which method did u use?

Look a while back Rachel from operation at action poker.. she was one of the main managers said i could sign up and have or problem and i'm from the usa and now i need to cashout.

The support told me to email operations@actionpokernetwork.com which i did .

I meant to say above that Rachel, one the main managers at actionpokernetwork told me thru skype that i could sign up and would not have any problems cashing out. Since i signed up which was 2 years ago or so possibly .. i heard she does not work there anymore. Well i just hope i do not have any problems with the new management i will be speaking and dealing with since she told me as a company rep that i could and things would be ok.

We talked thru skype thru here name which i belive was/ use to be Rachel@wagerprofits on skype.



Thats when i decided to give this site a try and deposited i think about 450 or so thru ecocard. Now i need to cashout some of that original investment plus some of my winnings.

paynorake - the crooks manage to put players off for a few weeks then screw them all over again. Each time i need to wait 4 - 6 weeks for cash. They don't even care to reply to simply email requests, except the bull auto reply they give.

If this place does not close due to being broke anytime soon I will be amazed. A word of warning, if your planning on playing here think very hard before you invest your cash as you may never see it again.

I have written to the support team, and managers direct for 3 days in a row. All i have had back is an automated email each time.

Does this remind you of a time when other skins went under? I have not been directly involved in a site where i have lost money but this sure feels like one which i may.

so you know - i'm owed money from the end of March, and its now mid May.
No replies to emails anymore.

No one else but me oweve money from paynorake? Am I the only one they are bending over and making take it up the a$$?

I have patiently waited for over 6 weeks. I get no response for the most, then some random guy called Rod seems to think he is a top dog and 'takes control' All he told me is he will forward my message on.

Its almost comical how they treat people they owe money to. Now i ask, is anyone else on here owed any money and waiting this long? I would like to get together and put in a formal complaint to see if we can either close this scum of a business down or get our money out?

Please , has anyone got any suggestions. I can believe I have meen waiting for so long. I think its now 8 weeks.

They have stopped responding to emails, when they do its a standards response. Live support was no help and i just dont think I will see my money.

If i am alone then i am surprised as I know players still play there. Do you get your cash outs?

Look at the emails i had from management clearly stating that i could play there.

Then they turn around later and steal my $4200 dollars and will not even call the past employee of their to talk to her about what really happened.

This site is owned by Actionpoker/ wagerprofits/ ecom/ Ben Johansen.

These guys are total crooks who know for a fact that i signed up thru their own management yet will not take reponsibility for it whatsoever.

I wonder if anybody had this situation:

my cashout was pending for 2 weeks, then I started complaining and they said that theyd put in their "priority list". Lol. Well nevertheless after few days I got an email saying that my cashout was APPROVED. I was very positively surprised. It wasn't so bad, I thought. They approved it and it'll be on my Neteller account in no time!

Well, that was 5 days ago and my cashout still shows PENDING status in the cashier section. Jesus christ, what a bunch of crooks.

Same here. My withdraw was approved, but after some hours it changed to pending again. I'm waiting 18 days so far for this one.

My 3 last withdraws I had to wait 28 days, 17 days and 13 days.

I'm an affiliate owed money for March,April and May. I generate over $10 k in rev for these idiots and they still don't pay me. Sick cheats. They will go under ,they are like cereusly screwed up

LOL. Update. I told them I'll file a complaint with Kahnawake. The told me that it's absolutely unnecessary and asked extra time till the next morning to deal with the problem. 6 hours later my money was on my Neteller account. Recommend!
