Shock, a site no one has heard of which has no direct income stream other than casino play isnt able to process cashouts within a reasonable amount of time.

But its fine, they are licensed under the Kahnawake Gaming Commision, a group so untrustworthy that none of the sites exclusively licensed by them are allowed to advertise in the UK.

I dont want to sound like a dick to you and im talking in general terms, but seriously, these little sites offering large rakeback to get you to play (in this case the full 100%) are rarely worth the risk. I mean how much rake are you really saving if it takes over a month to get your money and there is a very real chance you will never get your money.

That said dont misunderstand, i wish you luck and hope you do get your money.

You are absolutely right....but if they payout and this problem is not a usual problem I still want to play there. The Rakeback is not a small amount of money. I mean this deal sounds good to me as long the payouts works ;-)

On some days I got 350 $ Dollars in rake per day and this is alot for me...and I like it to have it after 24h in my account. This procedure everytime worked well and thats why it suprising me now that they have these kind of issues.....

I really not think you are a "dickhead" ....here in Germany we are a little bit nervous if something like this happen....but if I will not get my hard worked money.... trust me we germans are like pitbulls...and at least I will take care that all people playing there will know about this ....

Ya for sure, the excuses they gave me from the numerous representatives were pretty outrageous. I also agree that the KGC are shady themselves but I would still send them a complaint. May as well try everything you can.

Come on it's not that hard to check if your payment went through or not. That response is just more excuses. IF you ever get your money I seriously suggest you never play there again. I suggest if by some miracle you get it, they give you a nice little cash bonus for this.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding - I have already escalated your email to our Customer Service Manager and the Chief Financial Officer, as I take any unhappiness from our players very seriously.
I know you are frustrated, and as you are posting on these forums, as you say, and if there are any other affected players, I would really appreciate it if they emailed me personally. as I am trying really hard to grow our brands and improve our service overall. I must be honest, I do not work in the Customer Service centre - I am involved in the marketing of the business, hence the reason I asked them to put me on the mailing list, so that I could get the frustrations - and also the suggestions - from our players, and this email of yours I came across today, so took it upon myself to respond to you personally. The CFO is looking into this tonight and will come back to me with action tomorrow - no more talk - as you have obviously had enough of that.
So as you can see - I really do need another day to sort this out, otherwise I would be lying to you, and this I do not want to do.
I will read the forum later, I wanted to respond to you first.

I liked their games there and the players also. The Rakebacksystem was the best I seen.

Now I put my 2 payouts together to one Transaction.
I talked to some people in the room and they said they didnt have the problem. One of them wait 3 weeks but he got his money then.

I will keep you informed when something happen...

Please see response from the CFO to me today regarding your EcoCard cashout request.
It would appear that the funds just need to be cleared by EcoCard and you will have your cashout.
He has also suggested an alternative below, please let me know if you would be willing to wait one more day - I have our Head of Operations on standby to pay you as soon as the funds have been cleared by EcoCard.

Sorry for this situation. Up to now Ecocard has been a very insignificant processor for us at ActionPoker, and hence we keep a low balance in our processor accounts. Normally, that is no problem, because it is rarely used for cashouts, but unfortunately this time the issue escaped our financial managers so the balance went too low. I am very sorry for that, but at this time of year, what with the usual auditing, I am afraid this slipped through the cracks.

I have today personally wired funds to our EcoCard account, which will be more than sufficient to cover your players cashout requests as soon as the funds are cleared in our account later today.
I would expect EcoCard to have the funds cleared by tomorrow, but the matter is somewhat out of my hands right now. It is up to EcoCard to clear the funds into our account, but I will personally push them to have this done.

Alternatively, if your player needs the funds very urgently I does not want to wait until tomorrow, I can offer to send him the funds by wire and then cancel the cashout through EcoCard. It is up to your client.

One again - sorry for this situation - it is most regrettable and it will be rectified shortly.
