How does the poker bonus work and how do we claim it? I've made deposits in the pass but never claim any bonus because of their requirements.

I wouldn't play on this site. I got auto folded on here 3 different hands last month after my bet got stuck out on turn and Losing about $500 in bets, not couting the money I would have won. I emailed support and they concluded that It was me not acting in the 20 sec period when it was the software glitching. I would bet on turn it would time down a few secs say disconnected stick my bet out and auto fold(about 5 secs, no way I got 20 sec). They have disconnect policy were if you get disconnected your considered all in with what you have put in the pot already, This didn't happen for me at all. I put up with this glitch twice without contacting support because the play is so bad and hoping it was a minor occurrence but it seems to happen when ever im in a big hand. Something about being in huge pots triggers this glitch, after the 3rd time it kind of felt like there just protecting Fish from losing money to fast. Just a warning from my expierinces, other then this glitch I like this site but its enough for me to withdraw from there.

Requested a payout last Friday (8/1) via MG.
Had reference # for pickup on Wednesday (8/6).
Picked up cash today (8/7).

Not a bad turnaround, especially for a site with a history of slowpaying. They didn't send me the reference # until I asked for an update though, and this is the second straight time they have done that. I suppose they have to try, right? Some people might forget they have money coming.

These dip****s have rake set at over 10%. I tested on 2$ and $6 No limit and I **** you not, Betonline took 0.40 c rake for a $3.70 pot at 0.1/0.2 no limit. Someone else has to have seen this in this thread. Read terms and conditions and they say the rake structure changes to normal on 8-10-14 but wtf is up with that?

How are the tournament structures on this network? Anyone who has experience with both Equity (FullFlush) and Chico (Betonline) have an opinion on which one would be better for someone who plays both cash games and tournaments?

Just checked and it looks like it's 5.5% on my end. I am also confused what stakes you're talking about, you say $2 and $6 and then refer to 0.10/0.20 which would be $20.

You can see they changed the rake schedule which it says it came into effect on the 10th August 2014.

Before they had a general 5% rake with a $3 cap for every level. Now if your playing below 100nl it's 5.5% rake but a lower cap, 50nl it is 5.5% rake with a $2 cap. Obviously paying more rake is a bad thing but if it keeps the cash games as soft as they are with growing traffic then it's not that bad.

This is a red flag. It this seems to be a popular scam in home games since it makes it difficult to track the prize pool. I'd definitely check the FT chip counts and see if the totals checkout.

Edit to add:
If the AO adds more chips then the RB, it may not help since they could just pad the AO numbers and remove the equivalent # of Rebuys, i.e. AO: 1500, RB 1000 remove 3 RBs and add 2 AOs then pocket the extra cash.

You could check the number of players at the end of the re-buy and if they show real time chipcounts for leader board to see the number of AOs isn't too high.

Looks like they just added a bunch of PLO tables. Used to be one 1/3 PLO and one 1/3 NLO. Looks like 4-5 PLO tables at each stake. Nice.

To answer your all so important question, if you are wanting to play tournaments on either of these sites it's a waste of time. Go play Bovada, Merge, or WPN if you want to play tournaments.

Can anybody tell me if they offer Rakeback here or what the rewards program is? Even if its backend RB from an affiliate..

Is it possible to get that damn blackjack table off of my poker tables? They said if you have 4 tables going it is, but that remains to be seen. Not only is it an eyesore, but it lags the hell out of the poker client.

Once sitting at 4 cash game tables I think in the top right of the windows one of the options allows you to take the blackjack tables off.

The structures are pretty much the same between BetOnline and Full Flush. Just my opinion, but of the two, Full Flush is the better option due to higher frequency of overlays (more added value) and more dependable cashier, despite not offering as many mid-to high GTD's (though it's not like BetOnline offers a ton).
