As for 2+2, I find it abhorrent to be banned without being given a chance to respond or comment on this. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been in the poker community for over fifteen years and would never sully my reputation over this nonsense.

We have a policy of not allowing scammers to abuse the forum. You are aware that you had a prior incident of misusing the forum by PM spamming people. The fact that you were banned when you then were accused of being a scammer, with what appeared to be credible proof, was consistent with the forum's prior practice. However, since you came into ATF and asked why you were banned, I asked that you not be banned again without being given an opportunity to respond, so here you are. I would suggest that this account not be banned so that you can attempt to assist the poster to resolve the situation. If it becomes apparent that you are not the scammer, I will discuss with the admin who banned you restoring your original account (but it's not my decision to make).

I also want to add that this rando hasn't provided any evidence of communication with me on telegram, Discord, Facebook or anywhere. I really hate if this person got ripped, but I genuinely don't know who you are and won't tolerate MY name being ran through the mud.

1.) It's true that several DM's I sent were against the TOS. A moderator reached out to me and gave me infractions. Since then I've had no issues. Also, I was told my messages were solicitation. I was never accused of being a g-d scammer. I should have known the forum rules about this and that's on me .

However, my point still stands that there's not a shred of evidence that this user ever had a conversation with me. This is so frustrating.

Why would it just show up X and not VaporkingX? That doesn't make sense to me. And if you don't mind could you provide your cash app tag? The last thing I want to do is accuse someone not something they didn't do, but if someone was using mt name to scam people I would do everything in my power to find out who it was.

On Telegram, there's two names:

1.) Your Tag, Handle or Name. In this regard, my "name" is 'X'.

2.) Your TG handle. Mine is VaporKingX. It's what someone can search on Telegram to find them and contact them.

I'm not comfortable putting my personal cash app on a public forum, but I can tell you that this isn't myself.

I feel awful if you got ripped, but that wasn't by me. It would appear someone changed their "name" to spoof you. But they can't spoof a TG handle. That's why it's important to click the profile and confirm the handle. This would have shown that theirs wasn't VaporKingX.

This is not meant to be condescending, but I would highly suggest *not* looking on Facebook for clubs. It's a haven of bullshit and I'm sorry this happened to you.

And now you are just "X". People can make their own choice. If it wasn't you then someone is using your stuff to scam people.

Happens more often than you'd think. Here's an example of a fake shane that contacted me last week. I messaged on this forum to confirm and he let me know to block them.

You see, the thing is that when two new users are in a spat it's even more difficult than usual to be certain which one is telling the truth. (In your case, even though you opened your account in 2014 to make 3 posts, you then disappeared until October 2022, after which return you made 50 (remaining) posts in under a month.)

Anything you can do to clear your name for future readers is obviously in your best interests.

I agree, it just feels like a baseless claim against me. There's nothing posted that even suggests me and this individual ever even spoke. There's a transaction and a random screenshot of him and a club which suggests the club had no idea who OP was talking to. The frustration comes with account closure based on this and my reputation already suffering damage because I was in the middle of several deals that may end up being void now because I appear as banned. Having said all that, I did reach out to Mark and request he come here.

Unfortunately I can not post screenshots of any conversations I had with VaporkingX because the messages we deleted by the other party and Telegram is encrypted, so likely impossible to recover unless the other party messages me. That is a mistake on my part and I get that. In reference to the DMs I received, I could not respond because I guess I dont have access yet, but I did try to search Telegram for any type variation of VaporkingX (i.e Vap0rking) and found no results. I also get that accusing someone of scamming is very serious .Zac if this wasn't you I sincerely apologize for all this. I realize I'm new to the forums, and all that, but this is all the screenshots I have , even though it may not be enough for some. I'm just trying to put it out there so no one else makes the mistakes I made. Zac, would you be willing to contact cashapp in reference to someone using your name as their tag in a fraudulent manner?
