I'm guessing you posted here rather than replying to the infraction PMs because you couldn't do the latter, which should give you all the info you need, especially if you pay close attention to Rule #2.

You still owe me $100, and this has been owed for almost a year now. It seems like you are dodging my messages.

I've had a quick look at all of your posts and as far as I can see, you have never mentioned -Broke or CheckRaiseU before. Unless you're prepared to post full details, please do not make unsubstantiated allegations again. (I have deleted your other post from earlier today.)

I can understand why you did that because I didn’t post the screenshots in my last post. I wasn’t sure that I was supposed to do that here or what was the most appropriate thing to do.

But here you go, this is all of the proof.

All of the screenshots come from a chat that we have on hosted on Discord. You’ll see in one of the screenshots that after I invited him, that he even identified himself (you’ll see that he uses the name “iBlastoisez”). I even went back to our first conversations on Google Hangouts as well. I feel pretty sure that mods will be able to match the email account associated with his 2+2 account as the very same account that I have in my screenshots (Unfortunately I couldn’t upload the screenshots in order with the batch upload.)

This should be the proof that you were looking for.

You should e-mail ACR to tell them what has happened. Although they won't do much, if anything, at this time, (as any deal is between you and the other player, at your own risk), they don't want alleged scammers using their accounts to scam others. Ask them to put a note against his account so if he has allegedly scammed others, or does so in the future, they will have more information upon which to base a decision as to whether or not they should bar him from playing.

He has tried sending me multiple payments for ACR through cashapp and all have failed. Trade with caution.

When you have private messages enabled you can make a post in the thread and others will respond to it via private message or you can respond to one via private message.
How do you get private messages enabled. I am not sure but I believe you make a few posts and hang around awhile. Pretty sure just making many random posts on same day wont cut it but I could be wrong.

Potential scammer alert. We were all set to fo 100 btc for 100 stars. He then made up some excuse that you could reverse a stars transfer (pretty sure you cant) and that he would like to send second. For obvious reasons as he has been on 2p2 for 10 days I said he would be sending first. To which he replied that he wouldnt and then proceeded to shut down the discord server we were talking on and block me. So while he didnt steal any money his actions are 100% scammer material.

I forgot to mention his pokerstars usernames:

We initially worked with Brandon Turner for MTT staking.

Long story short we did an audit for Brandon we unfortunately learned he ended up playing cash games with our money and losing the money there. We decided it was best we parted ways and agreed between each other a payment monthly payment of 200$ / month until we cleared out the full 3000$ and we would both end up going on our own way.

Brandon initially honored the payments and paid up till the first 1000$.
Since August 27th, 2019 he has been ignoring us and has not made any efforts towards settling the rest of the debt.

Brandon still owes us $2,000 USD and it has been 8 months going on 9 months since he has ignored us. I would be very careful in ever considering to send first to him until he decides to make this situation right.

I would've never joined a backing group if I knew I had to pay any money back. I told you guys I couldn't keep going because I had personal issues and actually quit poker for a few months after I told these guys I wouldn't play because of a family member passing along with other personal issues. I paid 1k back before I talked to other poker players to see if I had to pay makeup back and they said I didn't if I stopped playing. These guys continued to harass me, even someone in the group repeatedly harrassed my girlfriend and my work. I actually paid back the money the one time I paid cash games on top of the 1000 I paid them back cause I had a very bad day. I'm in no way a scammer, as I've had 100% positive trading history since I've started. This was my first ever backing group and like I said I wouldn't of joined if I knew I had to actually pay money back. What's the point of even being backed then?

I'd like to address few of the points here that Brandon Turner is speaking of.

If he quit poker he would no longer have to pay make up.

1) Although this is somewhat true and depends on the contract you have signed.
I would consider this a bit towards the impolite/ rude side of things in general. It seems like the easiest freeroll for someone who would want to quit to just start firing a bunch of tournaments with intentions of just shoving all in every hand until they make a final table and if they bust all the bankroll they can tell the backer that they quit poker so they don't owe them anything.

2) We came to a $3,000 dollar agreement (he paid $1,000 of it) & we went off on our own way. We gave him multiple ways and were flexible about the monthly installment. In the end we understood that he needed time so we set it at a $200 / month payment plan.

3) Even if #1 was in fact true, he is still playing poker, and he is totally lying here that he quit.

Secondly in regards to messaging his girlfriend and a group on Facebook whom eventually kicked him out because they deemed him as a scammer.

We only messaged people to see what went wrong because I saw you actively posting on twoplustwo, we messaged you and you simply kept ignoring us even though you told us earlier after you binked this specific tournament:

"I did, but that money has been paid towards my car loan.
I'd prefer to keep our agreement of the monthly payments.
I'm not gonna dodge you guys. Itll get paid back in full."

We got the payment, suddenly you decided you no longer owe use any money even though we came to that initial agreement. I think we were being very reasonable about it to be honest and even gave you a few months without messaging your GF or the facebook group that we eventually got you kicked out of. We messaged you for a few months asking for the $200 payment as agreed upon and you ghosted us. Simple as that.

Third. What's the point of being backed?

1) Can learn from coaches who has experience playing Mid to High Stakes MTT
2) Be part of a community of other students whom you can learn from
3) Have the opportunity (once enough trust+skill is built, to play high stakes poker one day). We've already had success with a few of our students whom does such things.
4) You signed a contract that specifically says this that make up will be added... I don't think it's fair that you are claiming lack of awareness here.

Brandon has in my opinion totally lost his core sense of values of what is right and wrong here, the fact that he says he quit poker for a few months and you can see above he binked in tournaments is just a testament to his lack of character here. Along with the feeling that it is alright to agree to an arrangement only to back out from it. Maybe he is young and naive, I may give him that...

However I believe wholeheartedly he is in the wrong here, and I believe the only way for him to rectify the situation & clear his name entirely is if he settles the $2,000 USD.

I do not want to clutter this thread, but I feel I had no choice but to respond here to defend myself due to Brandon Turner posting here.

So it looks very easy to send someone money via Zelle using my bank.

I have never done this before so is there anything I should know before I attempt to send money to someone? like fees, or charge-backs, verification, etc.

Any info appreciated, thanks.
