There was a 6 month moratorium on enforcement. That ended June 1st.

So after reading a few pages of this thread.....it doesnt look like any of the prepaid giftcards or prepaid debits will work, correct?

I emailed pokerstars deposit team and he said that they currently dont have a list of cards that will work, but he didnt say that they would work. Then he went on to suggest echecks.

Has anyone been able to deposit with any store bought cards since June 1st?

I have enough for a micro dep on all the US sites left on my reloadable, I am going to empty it Monday to give the sites time to readjust. Personally, I suspect Netspend is sending emails and calling so they can show they did due diligence in this, then say **** it, we can't keep up with the shell game. Strictly
cover your ass and back to business as usual. The same way WU is still in the gambling business......I remember getting a deposit to Paradise denied by WU in 2001. Its a show to demonstrate they tried.

update.....

bought a vanilla mastercard at walgreens.....

it immediately deposited into my account. Took less than 3 seconds.

Which site? Thats pretty interesting

Net Spend sent me an email yesterday noting that they were aware of my deposits to online gaming sites. The all access visa card has worked every-time with no problem on Full Tilt poker. There was a flat fee which was great when making larger deposits. As of this morning Full Tilt removed my card information for my net spend account. Any suggestions. I currently do not have a bank account & would prefer to not have to go that route if at all possible. Any thoughts?

Full Tilt is not taking cards, it won't work if you enter the info.

Call 866-TiltPay for more info, use Western Union, or bit the bullet, and open a checking account.

I just got the message from FTP that the card I previously used is no longer available for depositing...

I used an all acccess netspend card that is reloadable and never had a problem with it in the past. While I have a bank account I would rather not use it because I live in Wa. State and until we know how closely this will be enforced or how it will be enforced it just isn't worth it.

My wife has an account on Stars and it is pretty much the same thing with her, just not worth the risk of having that kind of black mark on your record.

Netspend cards work fine on Bodog

the vanilla mastercard worked on pokerstars. i bought a tiny 30 dollar card just to see if it would work. I didnt want to go too crazy and have the card get rejected. Needless to say, i lost the whole 30 bucks on sit and gos last night....

probably gonna get a larger one today and actually grind this deposit out.

A further note regarding the Netspend AllAccess cards/accounts. I have a card and had not only used the account for depositing, but was also able to do ACH withdrawals back to the Netspend account previously. I got a note from my poker site today that my most recent withdrawal was sent back to them from Netspend. So despite the fact that the new laws are supposed to cover DEPOSITS, Netspend is really freaked out by this whole thing and just blocking everything. So if any of you were planning on withdrawing to a Netspend account or had those type of withdrawals in limbo, beware.

joy, without going into detail again, what site was this?

Been able to get Netspend to work on UB and Bodog. Doesn't work right now on Pokerstars. I thoguht they'd have gotten around it by now.

NOFX: Oddsmaker on Merge.

UIGEA In Effect.

A friend of mine has recently purchased an AllAccess Gift Visa card that until June 1st he was able to use to make deposits on Stars. When he called to check his balance on June 1st a recording told him he could no longer use the card for deposits on gambling sites. When he tried to deposit on Stars his transaction got rejected. Just FYI.
