This will of coarse be recorded in the person to person transfer thread, PM me if interested. I can do anything from 20 to 2k.

Guys I want to make something very clear. I have posted about possibly trading as well but it is only an information post and all trades have to be initiated and done within the two plus two person to person transfer thread, located here. http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...ng-rules-1529/

The first post is a must read and trades are not allowed to happen in this thread, this is for everyone's safety.

Hi steve, post around the forums for a bit and then you will have the ability to pm me. I can't clutter this thread, but don't mind sharing information only with you. Anything as far as any deals needs to be in the proper place. Your trade would be in the marketplace section, most likely.

First of all...
Joy, give this up. I've alreay said it does no good to post this stuff. Not only that but you are indeed wrong, bank wires can not be done to a netspend. What you are talking about an ACH transaction and that will be gone before you know it if it's continued to be served on a gold platter.

My opinion is your wd's will be fine. We'll see soon for sure though.

Can anyone confirm that there are no more reloadable or non-reloadable cards that work for start of FT? so USA only has western union and echecks...am i forgetting something?

Just want to remind everyone to relax, and have a good memorial day. Things happen but there is always answers. My personal opinion is that there will always be ways to do things. This is just a small bump in the road, it especially hurts people who narrowed their options by relying on it solely.

I'm gonna go grab some dinner. Remember, sky is not falling guys Be proud to be an online poker player, and don't act the victim. Things are happening in the US and most agree IP needs to be regulated.

visit http://theppa.org/ for tons of info on happenings, and ways you can help. They even have form letters to send to your local reps, and make it tooooo easy.

At this time there are no reliable pre paid cards that are working.

Email your site, call then (ftp's is 1 888 tilt pay) and learn to use other means. glgl

Yeah i just hope nothing more changes.....US options are dwindling?

The UIGEA was attached to the Safe Port Act at the very last minute. It's all about the government getting theirs. Obviously they have no issues with gambling with all the casinos around the U.S. What they have a problem with is not getting their juice. Once they figure out a way (if there is one) to collect taxes, they'll make it dirt simple to make deposits.

That's why they're leaving it up to the Treasury Dept (tax man) to enforce the UIGEA. Geitner didn't provide another delay, and it's being enforced tomorrow.

I got stuck with money in Netspend myself. It sucks.

Just a reminder to everyone that you can withdraw the money in your Netspend at any ATM (for a slightly higher than normal fee). Or you can pay your internet bill, groceries, beer, plane ticket to Vegas, anything really. Now if only you could purchase Western Union with it...lol

Also, the transfer thread mentioned earlier if still wish to use it for poker.

I think NOFx is probably right in that this is prolly just another bump in the road. I can only imagine Stars and others have SOME sort of plan or contingency. This has been a long time coming I guess.

The poker sites should form an alliance and open the International Bank of Poker. I'd open an account yesterday, and have way more faith compared to any of the other banks out there.

also, just for the record, if you look in marketplace under the giftcards and poker site points forum, youll find a lot of people willing to trade poker money for things like amazon GC's or other types of GCs or card reloads which can usually be purchased with cash or any credit card.

I am not looking to buy anything at the moment, though i have in the past and probably will in the future. But there are usually plenty of people buying.

I see no reason you couldnt use a netspend to pay for a western union transfer?
05-31-2010 , 11:43 PM
You can use it for western union but stars wont except it unless it is cash
05-31-2010 , 11:47 PM
That's because WU blocks CC transactions overseas. PS wants you to avoid getting blocked, and delays in getting your funds back from the failed transaction.

interesting, thanks for posting.

Please mention which sites. I tried my Netspend on Stars just now, and it did not work.
06-01-2010 , 01:42 PM
I got one of these emails from netspend, "Our records show that you may have used your for internet gambling transactions in the past....blah blah".

So is it the reloadable cards that are now banned? Are the one shot gift cards still allowed?

Last night I tried on Cake and FTP and it did not work. When I woke up this morning I tried again on FTP and it went through without a hitch. Also this is the NON reloadable card.

I live in the New York City Metropolitan area. I am attempting to use an All-Access to deposit and the following message appears: Unfortunately due to financial restrictions in your region, the Credit Cards you have used to make a deposit previously are no longer available, and cannot be used to deposit.

They go on to recommend using quick deposit but I do not have a bank account.

Anyone else experiencing this?
