Yes, I was just declined a few times over past hour at PS as well with just purchased all access prepaid VISA. Now I'll probably have to waste the money on something trivial like food, gas or bills.........

Just got off phone with NETSPEND customer service about why the prepaid VISA gift cards no longer work. I was told the reason is NETSPEND upgraded their systems this week and one byproduct is an improved capability to apply more finite filters, including to poker sites.

I have always been able to use my Wells Fargo debit card at Stars and FTP. Last night I tried and was declined for the first time ever. I wonder if some new screws are being put to us as of December 1.

I received a $2500 prepaid VISA gift card and tried depositing on full tilt. I tried depositing $500, but it wasn't accepted. It's a US Bank card. Has anyone else had any luck w/ US bank Visa cards on ftp?

The headline - All Access VISA Prepaid worked today at Stars !

Background - During a call with PS customer service earlier today, they mentioned their records showed I unsuccessfully attempted to deposit late last week with a VISA prepaid gift card. They said all VISA cards with an account number beginning with 4007- 66XX were being declined since mid last week by Netspend but as of Dec 1, the cards started to work again. They suggested I may want to try again. I did and it worked for me around US edt 12:30 p.m.

Ugh.... Full Tilt's generic emails annoy me.

I asked if they confirm that the Visa All Access Gift Cards are working again.... this is the damn email they send out:

Brian,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Visa's all access gift cards are accepted as a deposit option on to Full
Tilt Poker. However unfortunately we can not guarantee the success of
depositing with credit cards as for our US players.

As bank and credit card issuers are no longer accepting transactions to
e-gaming websites. Therefore you may need to attempt multiple times with
this card before the funds are successfully deposited.

Should you have any difficulty depositing with your credit card, then we
recommend opening a payment processor account. You can find a list of
alternative payment options at:
http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/real-money-poker.php

Tilt Pay Support provides deposit assistance on behalf of Full Tilt
Poker. You may speak with a representative over the phone by calling
toll-free in North America to 1-888-TILT-PAY (1-888-845-8729) or
international long distance by dialing your country calling code
followed by our telephone number. For example, from outside North
America, dial: 00+1+888-845-8729. Please be advised that Tilt Pay
Support can only assist with deposit issues and are unable to assist
with general support questions.

We hope your next deposit with us will be easier to complete, and we
look forward to seeing you on the tables soon!

As I said above, it didn't work over the weekend, but the same card worked this a.m. on Stars with no problem.

I've been using my All Access Visa to fund Bodog, and it's been working successfully. However, the other day I saw a pending charge for $500 that I did not authorize. The merchant was Bodog - well it was Bodog's third party merchant.

I called Netspend (the company that issues these cards) and they said that it would be a pending charge for 30 days. Has anyone had the same problem? I guess the only way to prevent this is to just fund the visa card with only the amount desired to deposit into a poker room.

I would also like to know if these all access cards will work on PRIMA.

I have used netspend all access visa for Bodog, FT, and PS. All in the last month.

Have you encountered the same problem with Bodog? Their merchant charges the account and Netspend holds the money for 30 days?

if you go to an establishment that issues prepaid cards, you can deposit using the temporary card. i did with bodog. but if you signed up online, you have to wait, as far as i know.

Hi all,

I just wanted to post a success story that I literally just had about an hour ago. After processing a withdrawal on Bodog and wanting to do a little reload bonus whoring, I obtained a gift2go card over at Walgreens. I tried to deposit on several different sites to no avail.

What worked for me was using the gift2go to load my ePassporte account. Here is what I did:

1) Went to Walgreens and bought the gift2go card. It was a $100 card.
2) Went online and registered it (not sure if I had to do this or not)
3) Logged onto ePassporte (sign up if you already haven't).
4) Add the gift2go card to that account. You will HAVE to verify it.
5) When you verify, ePassporte will debit that card for some miniscule amount.
6) Log back into gift2go.net and check to see what the amount was.
7) Enter that amount back into ePassporte.
8) Load your account. It should work.

A side note. ePassporte is going to charge an additional fee ($5) to load the Visa. So after all fees, the $100 deposit ends up costing you around $10 or so -- which really sucks. However, since I am reload whoring on a decent bonus, I figure I will make it up.

After doing a lot of withdrawal, cross-site bonus whoring in the last couple years, this is the first time I've had a major problem like this funding an account.

Does anyone out there know if US players can just open an offshore (Internet) bank account and do things that way?

Anyways, I hope this might help someone. Good luck.
