Fulltilt processing must be down for moment for cards.

This discussion is also ongoing in the UIGEA threads in PL. Basically, you need Echeck, or Western Union. While it was reported cards worked earlier, this goes up (and is mostly down) for FTP. They took my card off, though they act like it is still a good option (works on Merge, nice Bank to me),

You can open many online bank accounts, there are also banks that are friendly in MANY cities to if you owe check systems (as long as you don't owe them) - if that is your problem.

You really need to use Echeck or Wire right now (for FTP), those are your only options. They are wiring in the PL forum - just do some reading. PS, try to deposit enough so you won't need to re-deposit nest week, or next month - etc. If that means saving some money up, so be it.

You can open a Click2Pay account for DEPOSIT only for US. If you deposit a certain amount, you can request to add UseMyWallet - which takes cards, I believe.

Merge and cake no longer take the ppgc I had always used successfully. If anyone has had any success with either, a pm would be greatly appreciated. I would try ewallet express but don't know fees, time lag an safety of funds/info are all concerns.

Last echeck from 'Stars had the "Pstars" identifier and my bank let me know. And this was actually just before 6/1/10 (5/28). When I contacted Stars, I was told sometimes it will and sometimes it may not, so I felt more comfortable trying the card as previously mentioned, but n.g.

You are inaccurate as to the Pstars thing, several have already verified. Says Pstars, then changes to something else (also with other processors). I also did small deposit in May, later - sometimes it shows - sometimes it doesn't' does not pan out.

For deposit assistance with Stars, email dad@pokerstars

For deposit tilt, use Echeck

For Merge, use whatever. I can use card.

Both stars and FT could setup a way for people to use the gift cards if they wanted to, but it would cost them a little money. But I'm sure a lot of people would pay a little vig for the convenience of using them.

If I was a really smart guy I'd figure out how to make a buck or two off of this...

They believe it is not against the law. They do not need to abide by US laws, you, on the other hand, do.

I'm surprised at this response as well tho...

Therein lies the problem, I agree

However, in the UIGEA forums, they say the descriptor goes away, to represent the processor. Fear Mongering won't work on your behalf. So don't deposit, I don't care.

Edit:

I know for a fact it changes.

Real sorry. Wasn't fear mongering. Was just fearing & your right, I shouldn't...apologies to the community.

Mack, there are many ways to deposit. Email your site or preference if you need a list of ways.

FYI all.....

The card that has been working is having issues.
I purchased one last night and couldn't get it to work, so I called the customer support for the card and they proceeded to tell me that their systems are down and that I will not be able to use this card at all until their systems are back up. They do not have an ETA for fixing this issue. As of this morning, they are still not working.

Here's the kicker...they are STILL letting retailers sell and activate these cards...and once you have bought one, there is nothing you can do, except wait. Because the retailers are not allowed to issue refunds on these cards.

Moral of the story....I would not advise anyone to purchase one of these cards until the company's system issues are fixed. I will post here to let you know when/if I am able to use my card.
06-24-2010 , 11:46 AM
Ok, the card just worked for me....but I would still advise anyone buying this card to beware.
06-27-2010 , 02:06 PM
do these things work on stars and tilt?
06-27-2010 , 10:34 PM
Can someone PM me how to get funds into Pstars w/o using my bank accounts?

Thanks.
06-28-2010 , 01:03 AM
If you have a netspend account and are looking for FullTilt funds, I can trade up to $100. This offer is only good for someone who has a netspend prepaid card (NOT the giftcard, as those funds aren't able to be transfered)....AND someone who has PM capabilities, as this trade will have to take place in the P2P transfer thread & PM capabilites are required there.
