blue chip in the lobby showing you the tables you're sitting at is no longer present. Nor are the tables moved to the top of the lobby anymore.

Not sure whether this was intentional or not, but with the stupid arrow mode of seeing who's on a table, this is not helping. If you fix that, then it's fine.

Big time pre BF reg here.

Made my first deposit on any site since BF to BCP via cash transaction. Sent the Western Union verification in and surprisingly had no response after 6 hours. Can you please look into this? I thought it would be pretty immediate. Please PM that you can check up on this and I'll reply with my S/N or email address.

When i go to reg for a tourney it says "you must supply your contact details before you can register for the tournament". When I go to Account, then My Details I can fill out everything except for the pop-down things, which are DOB, Country, and State

Anyone else had this problem before and know how to fix it.

can you PLEASE make the filters automatic. If you click from sng's to tournaments you have to click the filter button EVERY TIME.

I click back and forth from sng's to tournaments quite a bit and this is super tilting to having to constantly do. Once each every time i open the client is too many let alone once every single freaking time i click from tab to tab.

This should be a simple fix.

also, why in the world would it auto default to where i can see all in progress and finished games? Those are the only ones i dont care about.

**great, now every time i register for something it automatically unclicks the filter. How did this get worse? Unbelievably annoying.

How about an option for when a table pops up for action, focus could be where I type in a bet amount? It does this sometimes, but it isn't consistent. And I haven't found an option for it if there is one.

When cascading tables if you double click to color code a player box and the ms paint thing is up,then a table jumps to front,all tables become unresponsive until the paint menu is closed. Which is impossible to do when all tables are frozen and you cant move the tables that are blocking it.

The only safe way to color code a player while cascading many tables is to move that particular table out of the stack,color it and cascade all tables again.

Also, can there be a way to purge all player icons or change the icons from a player list like there was on 5.0. Mine got all switched up during the update.

I made a deposit via WU at about 2pm EST and still no funds. Also, emailed support and haven't heard anything. I've deposited on other merge skins using W/U and have never waited longer then an hour to see money on account.....Is this normal wait time? Kinda worried that someone in the Philippines is buying a new washing machine on me....

Yes, indeed, usually the techs would do this before taking everything down, I will mention this to them for future updates.

Please email your details to vip@blackchippoker.eu if you have not already. include a scan of the WU receipt showing your name, recipient name, MTCN, currency, amount, etc. thanks.

I have just e-mailed support about the Western Union withdrawal method, but do not have much faith in them actually honoring my request. Essentially, I asked how I can go about using the Western Union withdrawal method, and they tell me that I need to have made a certain amount of deposits with WU before being able to use WU for withdrawals.

However, the only deposit I've made onto the site is my first one made roughly a year ago when I first signed up for BCP. I have not needed to make a deposit since then, and have had multiple successful check withdrawals in my time on your site. I think it's ridiculous I have to wait 6 weeks for a check, when I am a daily player on your site.

I am not going to put more money onto your site, just reach my deposit quota for WU, because there is really no telling how long it'll take me to receive the money back via check. I would really appreciate it if you, or someone else, could do something to override the system requirement and allow me to be able to use WU as a withdrawal method.

I was in a couple sngs when the server went down. I received a pop-up that said something along the lines that refunds would be given out for tournaments that people were in along the lines of the network policy or something to that effect. I haven't noticed a refund as of yet.

I deposited 500 using the BCP750 initial deposit bonus code. Can you tell me how it is released? Is it only after a certain number of hands have been played, or is it determined by rake?

It is released at a rate of 1$/75 VIP points you earn and released into your account 5$ at a time.
