I have responded in email but will post here just incise other people are having this issue.

The file doesn't seem to exist. I was able to get into the package
contents and into the client folder, but there is no poker.jex file.

I also ran a search for poker.jex on my entire HD and there were no results.

Is it possible the current release of the software is non-functioning?
If you could provide me with another copy, that might work.

I know you mentioned resetting permissions on my computer but that
seems strange. I am having no issues with any other software, nor have
I ever had this issue with software in the past.

I am just awaiting feedback from the techs on this. The software is functioning for most Mac users, we have many using it, and we've tested it on several Macs ourselves.

Hope someone can help me with a Holdem Manager v1.12.10a importing error on BCP (merge network)

For the life of me I can't figure this out, searched their forums and what not and couldn't get the import to work.

I have matched the importing folders with the folder I have my Hand histories saved to for BCP. Hand history is enabled...

However... while auto-importing (trying to get the hud to work which won't) I notice as each hand elapsed instead of the hand being imported, it adds another tally to the "import error"

So for example I played 77 hands just now and it says import errors 77. I don't know why this is but hopefully someone can help.

Enjoying new software, would love 2 double rebuy off the get though ....
E-mailed verification forms 4 days ago, still no response, would love to be able to transfer.

I have the latest june 5th update.

I can now get it to import hands but it seems like it just keeps adding a tally next to duplicate hands (and my hands dont go up) just the number for duplicate hands.

Any advice or suggestions guys? I'd like to get this up prior to sunday.

-I have the import folders set to retrieve from where I am saving my hand histories on BCP.

However, my hands never go up while importing. (additionally can't get hud to run... even with the latest june 8th update)

Files imported: 1 of 1
Hands imported: 0
Duplicate hands: 17 (and goes up continuously each hand i play)

Yet my # of hands imported is not increasing. Help anyone?

I'm told Merge fixed "Mac HH being stored in the wrong location" bug around 12 hours ago. If you cannot located your HH from before the fix, this should help...

This is just a mac issue. PC is not affected. A fix is on the way [released around 12 hours ago]. If anyone needs to move their existing HH files to a different location to import them, they need to copy them from /Users/<USERNAME>/Library/Black Chip Poker/Applications/BlackChipPoker.app/Contents/client/history/<NICKNAME> to the whatever folder they need the HH files stored in. They should move them manually using Finder.

Time bank has to be fixed. Multi tabling is a bitch not having this automatically kick in.

This is a huge issue. It´s impossible to 16-18 table on merge at the moment.

i was speaking about tournament HH which was causing them to fail on import with tracking software.. It appears Merge has fixed this issue, now awaiting PT to update again so that HUD works.. tracking and stats are working, just no huds.

either way, there still should be patch notes released with every patch so your software users no what is new and how to find it.

while i agree i really want to see this fixed too.. its not impossible I did it today, and have never been able to on the old software... table pops up, i enabled timebank. repeated till i had my session running. i think you're exaggerating quite a lot.
