Why is the Visa voucher option no longer accepting new applicants? Any word on when this option is going to be back?

That's weird, I literally just got an email to verify and apply for one.

I was just told yesterday to use it as an option, and when I went to the page, the website was down. Now when I go to the page, it says no longer accepting new applicants. When did you apply for it? Before yesterday?

Another question:

I just got an email about a free $25 for anyone who applies for the debit card for the first time. I did just apply for the first time 2 days ago. Will I still get the free $25?

You can change the card faces to be like what you mention from Stars. Open a table and look for the settings menu/button. It's not available from the lobby. Somewhere in there is the option to change the card faces. Not where I can log-on and tell you the exact sequence to get to that screen,b ut it should be easy to find

hmmm.. i assume they are swamped.so they have to put new applications on hold..... i applied yesterday... got approval email today... and they took the $25 out of my account

Nevermind, live support got it figured out. I had called the number at the top of the withdrawal screen a couple days ago and they didn't seem to have a clue.

I have an update for all players who are on the "Elite Benefits Program" (ie: non-rakeback players) who had VIP points transferred over from the old (Merge) BCP to the new BCP (on WPN).

Please hold onto your points, and you will be able to spend them in the "Store" once it goes live early next week. You will be able to buy goods or exchange them for cash.

Also, some fixes:

1) The bug which stopped people with a long SN logging into the cashier is fixed.
2) Rakeback is now accruing (and it should be back-dated);
3) HEM - we're still looking at about 1-2 weeks, but once this is complete you will be able to import all your HH into HEM, as far back as you need to;

I'm in the same boat. It will probably be a few months imo since you have to build the software from scratch for OSX.

This happened to me with Lock when they left Merge and now it's round 2.

Try using the free trials as long as possible.

HEM2 only.

HEM1 is obsolete, and gets only critical updates from now on.

Is it better to go with the VIP system or to get rake back on BCP? At what level is it better to get rewards from the site rather than rake back, i.e. what monthly points level.
