The location of the EPT Grand Finale has not yet been announced. I do not know whether it will be Cannes or not, but I do not recommend acting on any information other than an official announcement.

From this thread it's been strongly suggested by NeilJ that the location and dates for San Remo and Grand Finale will be announced at or before the Nordic Poker Awards (Sunday).

I'm hoping that EPT Grand Finale will be Malta, which was NeilJ's favorite rumor mentioned in that thread, and mine too! If it is, I will probably go. Not very interested in going to Cannes...

Azn was one of the absolute top SNG regs in terms of ROI before he started mass tabling so it makes sense that once he started 40 tabling he would still be able to break even.

I live in Spain, where, as you surely know, there is a legislation upcoming.

If for example it finally derives into like French and Italy, with a pokerstars.es or something like this, and the unpossibility to play with people other than spanish, I would for sure move to another country (prob UK), to play in pokerstars.com.

Would Pokerstars save my sne status, vpp, to the .com account, instead of the .es?

I hope Spain doesn't go the same way as France and Italy . I love them guys.

I don't have any comment on Spain in particular.

However, using France and Italy as an example, if you never converted your account to a .fr or .it account, your status and VPPs would remain on .com.

I used to LOVE my gunnars I was constantly recommending them after I got them, but for some reason about a week ago they seemed to have stopped working. I used to play all day and my eyes felt ALMOST normal after, now it almost feels like the old days again. I'm not sure if I screwed up the normal light in my house or something but lately I'm still feeling cracked out after a few hours. I've tried switching to NOT using gunnars for a few hours because maybe my eyes have gotten too pampered and forgot what it used to be like in the Old "dark" ages... Appreciate what you got damnit.


Hit 200k today... It was an interesting day. Started off really tired and tanked at 200 - 600 FR CAP didnt feel very awake. Also there were FEW 400 and 600 tables and the vpps SUCKED and tables kept breaking...
Ended the session -600 cash and -1100 ev. Then my 'friend' suggested going back to 6max (my nemesis) cuz vpps are so much better and what not.

I proceeded to lose $1900 and -800 ev in 3 hours. Was pretty pissed for letting myself being tricked into playing 6max again. So I quit to finish my day at FR to get to 200k and somehow went on an insane heater and got all but $150 back.. I'll take the 7k vpps -$150 day
