When I first decided to use them I did some research and actually found that some large businesses pay their overseas employees using ePassporte. Unfortunately I can't find the info at the moment... Maybe someone can verify that.

Couldn't be more wrong, they are both safe. The only accounts that are affected by this policy change are the poker sites merchants accounts. Personal accounts, debit cards and our balances are fine. Unlike Neteller, Epass is actually used by other industries as a method of payment, those industries are unaffected. The sky is not falling.
