I am pleased to announce that I cashed out from epassporte Saturday and it hit my bank account today. I guess funds aren't locked.

np, i have a google news alert setup for "poker", so i get all sorts of stuff every few hours.. i think i had about 30 alerts on that over the last couple days.. nothing for the first many hours, though

What is the best way to withdraw from epassporte? I have about $1200 in there.

The bank account I currently have has never been used to deposit into epassporte (used an old account when I was in college and never updated). Any deposits I made onto pokersites had to be in $500 blocks, as epassporte would not let me deposit more w/o sending in some loldocuments. Also, I was never able to have more than 5K in there, or I would reach a "critical" amount, and they would lock my account until I sent in some more documents.

I once sent in some IDs and other documents, and 2 months later they requested more documents. So needless to say, I will not be doing that again. Epassporte support sucks hard, they take forever to respond to questions.

Do they send out checks? What about the "get a Visa card" how does this work?

Maybe you could find $1200 in stuff you want to purchase online?

This sketches me out... Like... This was the scenario I didn't want of two possible reasons for EP pulling out. I hope this isn't the first of a series of events like this happening... Hopefully it's isolated and EP is just overly paranoid, but them being paranoid makes me paranoid.

I paid the $35 for their visa a few months ago . I have $ sitting there too... Im about to head to the atm later . Lets you withdraw $1000 per day (2 $500 withdrawals) My advice, spend the $35 get your visa and go get your $ from an ATM

If anyone needs to transfer their Epassporte $ I will trade equal Stars $ for it via p2p xfer. I need $ for this weekend and have a Epass visa card I can take cash out of ATM's with. Just cashed out a paper check but looks like it wont be here until next week.

Is Netteller a good alternative? I did a search and all I could find was the big Netteller shutdown a couple years ago or w/e (I wasn't around for that). Are they legit now? Any issues besides fees? The reason I'm trying to find an alternative eWallet to EP honestly isn't cash-outs from poker sites - it's cashouts from RAKEBACK sites. i had gotten my atm/withdraw limit upped to 1240 yes 1240 not 1200 1000.

right after that i ordered my atm card that was like 2 days before epass shut down so i wasted 35
