Not sure I trust that statistic. I set up accounts on all the sites. So am counted as 1 or 13 in that 50,000 "signed up" stat ?

BIG FU to borgata poker! Keep in mine I was playing in a tournament for over 2 hours running really well close to cashing only to get the location error AFTER TWO F HOURS yet im dead smack in the middle of NJ.

Now i cant even log back on because they cant send a security code!

Im really tempted to pull all my money out and say screw it. Not worth this hassle

I'm looking at Borgata's deposit bonus rules and it releases $2 for every 40 iRP points you earn. So it is a measly 10% rb.

Does anyone know why my deposit bonus isn't showing up under my bonuses? Also, where did my free $50 signing up bonus go to? I emailed support a few days ago and no response back from them.

Just happened to me on Party. Not 1 problem for me during soft launch or on the other sites. Now tonight can't verify me 3 times in 1 hour. Sux.

I never got mine from them during soft launch. Talk to someone today in the chat client. They said to be patient, they are looking into it. LOL. More than a week?

My $50 dollars left me as well. It was always restricted so I never had access to it. Anyway the rep say that was only valid till Dec 1st.. Bunch of crock since the websites were barley working.

Thank you for clearing that up! So that is why it takes 1000 for me because I deposited 500. Now I'm thinking I should've deposited 400. I would've had a better chance getting 20% of 400 than I do of getting 20% of 500.

Even deposit of 300 or 200 probably would've made more sense and I could cash on a higher percentage of the bonus.

What a rip.

Yeah, you always want to check on bonus clearing terms first.

You could always try emailing them and see if they'll decrease your bonus. Not sure how likely you are to succeed, but it can't hurt.

I have had location problems since day one.
Ultimate sent me a USB Wireless Adapter. I plugged it in and put the CD rom in the drive , followed the set up instructions and now I have been located by all sites!
I deposited with a Master Card and have played wino problems since. I hope this helps those who are having problems.

That's real good to hear. Ultimate definitely has the best customer service, communication, etc. Unfortunately for me I've never been able to get verified on their site to check it out. All other sites have been working fine for me, except for tonight, which has been horrid.

I've been booted on Party 6-7 times in the past 3 hours..very annoying. Keeps saying it cannot verify location. A few times after I opened and closed it allowed me back in, but now it will not. Not sure what the issue is but it is damn annoying.

I never had geolocation issues before tonight, but I also have been booted three times mid-hand on Borgata, saying I am no longer in NJ. I tried WSOP and played for a bit before also getting booted mid-hand there.

My computer sees five other wifi spots, and my cell phone always has a strong signal. I'm not near any border (except the ocean).

Do they even test these patches before they go live?

Borgata has been a DISASTER tonight. booted off once every 4-5 minutes or so, using my MacBook Pro. I used the WSOP app on the iPad for the first time tonight, and I was not booted off once. FWIW, I've dabbled with Ucasino a bit on the MacBook, and have NEVER been booted off. They use LOKI, as opposed to geo-comply. Borgata/Party's geo-location is worst in class, hands down. Big disappointment.

Never boots me midhand. If Im multitabling. It sits me out of all games except ones I'm in a hand.... Then sits me out when hands are completed.

One postscript on Borgata. According to it's notice when the geolocation boots you, you'll be automatically re-instated into your games once geolocation re-verifies you. Has anyone ever had success with this? I've tried waiting, but i never get re-verified unless I log off of the software and log back in. Then I'm immediately re-verified.

I should clarify my Borgata "booting." It tells me mid-hand that I'm outside of NJ and can't play, but it let me finish the hand I'm playing before sitting me out.

WSOP just yanked me off the table even though I had action in the pot.

Got booted for the 1st time due to geolocation bull****. It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for this to be occurring after a launch.

I just tried the iPad app for the first time, and it couldn't locate me. It requested that it use my location, which I approved. Maybe it's because I don't currently have an active cellular service plan with it. I'm just using it on wifi. I would think it would be able to locate me by GPS, but maybe it uses both.

Yeah I've never been booted before tonight either. Twice. These things should not be happening at this point. Maybe they should have kept the soft launch going longer until things were working properly.

I've used mine on Wifi and it works fine. I have no AT&T/verizon data plan either.

Yeah, but the DGE doesn't consider these problems to be regulation issues. They're fine with it being too conservative. They just don't want the sites to allow people outside NJ to play.

DGE's knowledge of gaming in general is subpar. But I'm positive if they were getting complaints about the issues people were having with location issues they would investigate. You are correct with there focus being rules and regs but if there are gaming issues within land based casinos they investigate. Trust me they've looked into more petty bull****.

Not that it will help you, but I would love to hear of iPad experiences with cellular connections.
