How about betting on the number of PMs and emails I'm gonna get from people asking how to fix their AHK scripts?

I am already envisioning tomorrow being a horrible nightmare, so think it's a good time to just turn off my PC and put up that flat-pack furniture which I've been putting off for days... C'ya all on Wednesday!!!

I'm guessing they are all going to work judging by the old 'static 10' in the screenshot-

I've been dreading going w/o partysnghelper more than the actual relaunch .

What a waste of five hours, I new we should have been gambling!!

Not saying we'll be able to just switch them on, I more mean I don't think it's a total rebuild-as though it were another poker site. We might have control numbers to change etc but that hand control points to the fact that it's the same software pretty much....

wtf @ Raise sequence alert

Quote:
Opportunity alerts

The multi-table preferences also allow you to set alerts for important events happening at the tables. You can choose from:

* Good hand alert: Set an alert to appear when you get dealt a certain hand or better. Choose the card ranks and suit of the hands you want to play. Make sure that the hand you set isn't too low or you'll get lots of alerts and won't get the most from this feature.
* Big pot alert: Set an alert to appear when the pot at a table grows to a certain size. This will be based on a multiple of the table's big blind. So, if you set a multiplier of 10 at a $1/2 table, you'll see an alert when the pot size reaches $20. You can set different multipliers for limit, no-limit, and pot-limit games. This feature can be used on Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and Stud tables, which use the ante instead of the big blind. Remember, setting the size of the pots you want to know about too low means you'll see loads of alerts and may not make the most of this feature.
* Raise sequence alert: The feature alerts you to loose betting patterns from your opponents – which means big pots for you.
* When an alert is triggered, the table will buzz and make a sound, the carpet color will darken and the alert title (or titles if there are multiple alerts) will appear in the table header.

You can set your alert preferences in the preferences section, which can be reached from the Lobby.

New lobby looks decent, but one thing about it: Why have you replaced the simple table with who is sitting on the table with how much money with a preview button which loads up a small table (taking 5-10 seconds) and autoclosing in 60secs?

Also, where is the tiletable multi-screen support?

Nothing on my PT3 is working, no HUD no table tracker, are you experiencing same problem?

The new search features seem good and pot buttons are useful.

Multi-tabling is a problem though with the new theme - the font is just too small. With 6 tables tiled on my WUXGA (1920x1200) monitor the player names and dollar amounts are in a font size that is a real strain on my eyes. In the classic view the font is still big enough to not be a problem.

Hello all,

As most of you will have realised by now, the new look is up and running. I know you've probably got lots of questions, so I'll try and answer those that I can (as will PartyBill).

We think we've taken an important step down the long road to creating a really decent poker environment for you, but we know there is still lots of work to do.

As poker players ourselves, we find it frustrating when things go wrong, but we will try our very best to fix things and improve them. But as ever, we'll need your valuable input. So...

If you come across any issues please either post them here or message me with what went wrong: Your OS, RAM/CPU programmes in use, anything that can help us learn.

Also, it would be useful to hear what you like and don't like about the new table and lobby. We have a pretty good feel for what future features you'd still like to see, but keep those suggestions coming.

Sorry for the downtime earlier today, and thanks very much for your continued support and input.

this.

I dont want to have to use that dumb zoom thing that takes just as long as opening the table up in full.

Hi Simon.

First impressions are that I'm not a fan, but this might be because none of the 3rd party software is working....

You really need more options in the themes section, such as different card mods and colors, as well as a more simple table layout.

Also, everything seems quite slow on the whole, even something as simple as opening up tables.

Cheers

Good job on the new software, but it's still ridiculous that you didn't manage to fix the waiting list button bug, which has existed on Party for how long? Forever?

FYI, I'm sitting at the table above.

I logged in, played for a while, then logged out.

Now I can't login again. Nothing happens when I type in the account name and password.

EDIT: I use Windows XP Media Center
