That sucks, all I can say is that I promise that your situation is definitely the exception and not the rule... for whatever reason, Hero's main support line has been really slow lately and I've noticed that myself... you're better off e-mailing
marketing@heropoker.com and Dan or Dave will take care if it much quicker that way, directly.
When I did it online, after sending the money and submitting the MTCN number I literally had my cash in my account no more than about 15 minutes later, I was shocked at how fast it was... Did you remember to convert it to Phillipine Peso?
Nobody thinks your lying, and I hope you get your cash soon... we know how amazing Hero Poker is, and all I can do is share my experience and hope you experience the same treatment (which I know you will, Dave's just ultra busy right now.)
I mean, I want everyone to play here to see what online poker and support should be like, as it's as close to Pokerstars that exists, but I'm definitely not going to spend all day trying to convince people, it should be pretty obvious why Hero is the best skin on merge hands down at this point. *shrug*
Seriously though, e-mail
marketing@heropoker.com with something like "ATTN: Dave need urgent response" or something similar and I'm sure he'll get right on it even if he's swamped. That's what I would do if I were you... I bet it gets handled quickly if you go that route. I don't use the main
support@heropoker.com line anymore at all myself.
