I would suggest people listen to the 2+2 pokercast this week as it has quite a bit of detail on the current situation and a rep from Stars gives a lot of information as well, including a breakdown of the steps they need to take and the order of priority of issues they need to consider.

Pokerstars handles things in such a methodical and professional and calculating manner that it actually puts Tilt to shame and I will not even talk about what UB/AP are like in comparison.
