I'm trying to take legal action, but they have license in Curacao, so I don't really think chances are big.
I have no clue about making YT videos, I tried contacting Joey Ingram, but I guess it wasn't that much interesting for him. I don't like to spam him too much, as it's not his fault that I got robbed.

Actually i dont know why they promote spins so much. In on hand they promote to get players in. But other hand they have to ban lots of people for winning too much...discusting
And for HU charts. I am sure that 99% regulars have charts somewhere on desktop.
I am MTT player and even 10-palyers game push/fold ranges become quite standard.
I think like $30k before I got banned. Altough it wasn't spins only, so not sure how much there.

Mayby some teamwork was caught and now just tries to get some money back.
As I mentioned, I knew one of this players, and he was a part of Nemesis Backing, so he knew much more banned players and made group chat with me and them. I wasn't part of this stable and didn't have anything common with theese players, except for playing spins.

pretty clear imho
It was changed at some point, you can check out how it looked in May 2020 (no archives from June, but It was same then)

It wasn't as specified as it is now.
"provides advice on actions to be taken in various poker situations, e.g. hand charts, decision trees."
But still, please read carefully mail they sent me, as in my opinion it is clearly specified, that it's not about hand charts.
They specified first two out of this: "Artificial Intelligence, 3rd Party Programs, and Hand Charts"
