I do mean it, yet I am not going to go out of my way to find them.

And forgive me, but I do feel that lynching these people is what they deserve.

Whut I bet happens is that they start with all deposits they couldn't collect, dive into the hand history and undo all the play that happened with those unclaimed deposits. So my $3,400 dollars will likely be shrunk in the wash to $50 and then I'll get $25 of that.

Hoping I get enough to buy a dinner for my family the night before we go heckle the first event any of these major pros play live again.

I'm hoping I'll at least get a decent pair of shoes with the 10k I had stuck on FTP. Might not even get $100 back, though.

You have to have an awesome brand when they take tens of thousands of dollars from you and you still defend them. Amazing FTP!

LOL at the fact that every time someone makes the objective argument that the situation isn't as grim as how all of the "GG/It's Game Over/FML" etc. patrol see it, they're accused of "defending" Full Tilt.

Jeff Ifrah currently answering questons in the sticky thread in NVG section of 2p2 if anyone is interested.

Someone stole my wallet yesterday (no jokes.) I canceled the cards, and I only had $50 in cash in it. What are the chances the thief is going to actually mail me my DL and other (costco, etc.) cards that I had inside? About the same that I'll see my FTP money. You're right, the situation isn't as grim as it looks

Goddammit. He announced another ****ing announcement. Couldn't even say for sure when it was coming or what was going to be in it. Some sort of update about finding investors at some ****ing point in the future. ****ing terrific.

well whats that for a ******ed comparison, the difference is, Fulltilt is a well known company and has still a reputation to lose, the thief has nothing to lose and is unknown. Why are here so many crying kiddies around who only see the negative aspects. Well actually ppl like you dont deserve to get their money back, with such a pessimistic attitude

There are only three outcomes for everyone with a bankroll locked away on FTP:

- They receive 100c on the dollar; they spend their money on goods and services, acquire memories, suffer the ups and downs of life and then die;
- They receive less than 100c on the dollar; they spend less on goods and services, acquire different memories, suffer the ups and downs of life and then die;
- The receive no money back, spend very little on goods and services, acquire different memories again, suffer the ups and downs of life and then die.

Given that there is only one ultimate outcome, the enlightened man can only have one reaction to the waiting:

Spoiler:
Give me my m'fing money back you thieving pieces of sh*t - give it back NOW - I know where you live you low-life thieving scumbag m'fers. I need that f***ing money to fund my college course/cocaine habit/transvestite hooker addiction and if you don't give me my money back by the 15th September I'm gonna .... JUST GIVE ME MY M-F'ing MMM OOO NNN EEE YYY. FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get the **** out of here with that ****. Reputation has nothing to do with it. Open your eyes. What does Full Tilt have to lose? They will never, ever get back up and running with the current management, so the current management doesn't give a **** about their reputation. They care about money, and will do whatever benefits them the most. You think they care about saving FTP's reputation when they won't reap any benefits of doing so? They are either selling to an investor or are keeping all of our money.

He turned one of the best topics into thin air.

+1, and for some reason even though I know I would get paid faster, I don't even think that FTP should be going after players for the "floated" funds. They did something incredibly stupid, the people running the company should be liable for this idiocy. But now I'm just dilusional.
08-28-2011 , 04:26 PM
I guess i'm joining the "I'm not seeing my funds back" boat too... this is just too much **** to get over, theres no way anyone in their right mind will pick up the financial shamble that FTP has turned out to be, and i don't think the EU player base and the software isn't worth nearly has much has it is needed right now, and theres no Rush poker patent to be sold because its not theirs and even if it was apparentely other sites were offered the opportunity to grab Rush poker and didn't seem interested at the time so no money there either....

All one can wish for now is that the DoJ is has merciless with these motherf***ers that either by complete ineptitude (Howard) or outright stupidity/lack of respect for the established rules (Ray) managed to get the company where it is right now has they will be with the money they have frozen even tho most of it are player deposits apparently... someone needs to be accountable and i'm not just talking about the 2 idiots at the top.

So while watching the latest Poker after Dark show with Ferguson and Matusow wearing Full Tilt Poker patches I asked myself: if they still pay the pros and owners, let's assume out of Bitars pocket, could they get in legal trouble for that? Do they have to pay customers first?

Seriously over all the years I had some respect for Chris Ferguson, but after seeing him playing the 100k cash game with a big grin I got quite tilted. Do these clowns have no clue at all?

They owe millions and millions and they have the guts to play a 100k cash game. On national television. Really?

PAD episode you saw was likely filmed before black friday

Was that even recorded after they lost their license? I remenber hearing mattusow whinning and crying on QuadJacks about not hearing anything from the upper management and being broke with nobody to stake him for any event... plus morals aside, what they do with their with their unfrozen funds is unfortunatelly their business...

rofl monkey, do you think any investor will buy them, if their whole reputation is total ****ed up? If this case isnt solved, no European investor will invest a cent into this company. Enable your brain first, then talk.
08-28-2011 , 07:12 PM
Ok? So then they are simply keeping our money. That's why we're all pessimistic. You answered your own question.
08-28-2011 , 07:57 PM
Whut we're likely to see is them selling all of their full tilt gear now as 'collectors items' in order to make more scratch. Then they pay us in FPP and close the store.
