I sent my info as FT requested a week or so ago(after I already sent it a few months ago), now they want me to send it again to activate my account ...more...activating , there is no chance I'm ever playing on this awful website again , they have always had customer service that is on par with the old blind lady at the walmart desk

You are essentially claiming to be a US player now (since you can't verify your Canadian address), which means DoJ has responsibility for you. Maybe if you provide a utility bill from your time in Canada that might help. Other than that, FTP won't be able to help you as long as you are residing in the US. My advice is to move out for awhile, take care of all the FTP formalities and then move back to US.

This is just incorrect. Shyam has directly refuted it to me via PM. People in this situation will be refunded by FTP via a method determined on a case by case basis.

Am i the only one that doesnt get emails from ftp?! I mean, i can log in, see My balance, and NP so far. But would be nice to get some info direcly and not have to browse 2+2 for promos and stuff like that.

not having arrows to cycle through the avatars on the 'choose your avatar' screen is madness. mousewheels are not accurate enough to make browsing a pleasant experience!

where did the 'view' dropdown menu go, where you could click to tile, stack, cascade etc.? using the hotkeys seems to work, but i can't find the menu.

there's a layout button in-table just next to the options button.

any news on customisable hotkeys coming to the FTP2 client?

How can this not be a super easy thing to answer? Didn't even need to ask as the answer is obvious. Do you feel dumb yet?

I have not received an email about verifying my account even(i had to send them an email and they said to send in the docs asap). I have done this and it has been over two days.

I am starting to wonder if this is a common problem with accounts they are having problems with.

In today's climate, this is extremely unlikely IMO. Don't forget that The Big Game, PokerStars' baby, also got axed. Given how much money these shows cost and their main purpose (marketing tools), I think we are unlikely to see anything other than "mainstream" tournament events (WSOP, WPT etc) on the box; at least in the near future. I can't see things changing too drastically until legislation passes in the US (which is by far the biggest market) and competition becomes anywhere near as fierce as it once was.

Ok, Graphics are back. I installed the new one in the default directory. The previous version I installed in a different folder, It should have worked but whatever, Its okay now.

Is anyone else having problems logging onto the site in the past 10-12 hours?

I had been playing play money games a little bit for the past two days with no problem. About 10-12 hours ago, the server isn't recognizing my username/password combo. I reset the password as well and it did nothing.

If it's a glitch, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing it.

I hear that some already can transfer their ftp funds to their stars account. Can this be thrue?

In a post in a different thread, Shyam said they wouldn't be bringing back security tokens, and he made it sound like they may never be sold in the stores again. I think its pretty unacceptable, especially since you can pair accounts. Hopefully they get it right, and put in new tokens, and hopefully give us an rsa token, not the cheap knock off they gave to us under old management.
