FTP has security token - Page 30 - Internet Poker

Because they have to run a server for it, and probably have to pay a nice license fee to the providers(Digipass) of tokens/servers software.

Or do you think it's just an app they download over torrents and set it up on their servers for free?

I have a HTC Legend with Android 2.2 , i always get the Error Message in J2ME when i try to start the Digipass . This comes right after the "Loading" Screen.

error startapp

java.lang.RuntimeException:
Can't create handler inside threat
that has not called
Looper.prepare()

can someone help me, this App is a Pain in the Ass

Anyway, although the app worked on the phone and would generate keys fine everytime you tried to add it through the FT software it wouldn't accept it. FT support determined that the app WILL NOT WORK on droid phones.

Pecos, I had the same issue and emailed FT, asking them to reset my activation code. After they did, I went through the steps and it worked fine.

bump. has anyone figured out how to get the FTP mobile security app to work on an android phone? i get it to the point where you have to enter the mobile ID, then it just says unable to connect to server. sigh...

if anyone has had success activating the token on their iphone4 please post. i've recently purchased and it does not work for me. FTP support has refunded me, but with no details on if or when they will have one that works with all iphone4's.

if you register both token
can you use any 1 of the 2 to login?
or the original take priority and backup one only active when you declare the original one been lost?

several tokens (physical and/or mobile-software) can be active simultaneous.
you can use anyone from them.

i have 2 tokens (both physical, not mobile).
both are activated and both can be used to login with.

Well my security token is running out of battery.

Everytime i use it now it displays batt 00 (the batt is spelt with numbers obviouslly) before showing me the pin. Also the screen looks really faded.

What can i do about this?

you need to order a new one asap before that one dies and get it synced right when you get it... if your old one dies before the new one is synced youll have to go through some bs to get back into ur account i think

ive had it for about 6 months.

I only use it about 10 times a week.

I emails FTP and they said they will send me out a replacement
