I ordered the security token in mid Dec (about 2 months ago). Hadn't gotten it or heard anything. So I sent an email to support asking if everything went through ok on the order. They replied the next day that everything went through and that there were delays. Coincidentally, the next day after this reply I got the shipping email showing that it was on the way.

Obviously, I feel that if I hadn't sent the email, this shipping email wouldn't have come the next day. So, if it has been long enough, you might want to follow up with support.

I ordered the mobile phone application and had it installed and working in under 10 minutes.

After I activated the security key, I got two emails from FTP. First email said I would no longer be required to use my PIN when logging in to FTP. Second said I would now be required to enter my Security Key PW when logging in.

My question is can you use the PIN and Security Key PW when logging in? Now all I have to do is enter my User Name, PW, and Security Key. I would like to have to use User Name, PW, PIN, and Security Key.

I would email FTP and ask but don't want to wait a couple days for a response. I figured getting a response here would be much quicker.

Spark, you can't use PIN in conjunction with the mobile key or physical key. It's weird, and I was wondering the same thing. For some reason, it's one or the other.

Someone correct me if they changed this recently, but AFAIK they didn't.

if you value your roll, yes

you never know when you might pick up a keylogger or w/e, better to be safe than sorry imo. this obv isn't foolproof, but close enough to it

ordered 2 non-branded tokens in Feb 11th
received them yesterday Mar 10th
set them up both today in less than 1 min
tested both several times login/logout
works like a charm!
