FTP has security token - Page 20 - Internet Poker

WOW I am pissed. I ordered a whole bunch of stuff from the FTP store 4-5 days ago and I received the Stress Balls today!!!!! I ordered the security token when they came out and still haven't received them. Are you ****ing kidding me. You can get me stress balls in under a week, but something as important as a security token is TAKING FOREVER. I have already cashed out all my money from FTP; this is point #1 of why the site is absolutely pathetic.

Moneybookers token was sent directly from the company that sells them. Maybe same for FullTilt?

Sorry if this has already been posted.

The list of mobile phones supported includes android phones, but then it says "With J2ME Runner available here". Can someone explain this? I e-mailed support, but I'd rather figure this out before 2012.

Edit: Just saw it doesn't work on android 2.0. Anyone figured out a work-around or osmething?

Noah, a lot of people have been asking for droid support; I didn't see any workaround for it yet, at least I don't believe so, but might want to double check.. I'm guessing they'll add support soon for it obviously.

Didn't try again yet. I'll see my brother on christmas and will give it a try with his SIM then.
If that doesn't work I'll take FTP's offer and get another hardware token although one on my phone would be cooler for obvious reasons

Wrote FTP another e-mail, but they didn't respond yet, so i figured it might have been to complex or complicated with all the words and stuff... Hopes are low for anything more than "pay 2k more for a hardware one".

Ordered the token in Iron man store. Didn't receive email. Got the token today. I live in The Netherlands. It came in a small box that they put in the mailbox (so didn't have to sign for it).

edit 1: Oh wait, this one may be from Pokerstars. It says vasco.com . ??

edit 2: yeah, I think this is the FT one. It looks like the picture on their site and not like the picture on the PS site.

Are your security tokens always on? I gotta keep clicking the button to turn it on, then it turns itself off about 8 seconds later. It's not like the stars RSA token that's always displaying a number. Are all of your tokens the same?

No and FTP should be embarassed.

I ordered my token from 11/3 and nothing.

I also decided to order the stars one, I requested the stars one on Monday and this thursday it arrived. TAKING A TOTAL OF 3 DAYS. While I am still waiting for the FTP one that was order more than a month ago. What a total joke.

I have the mobile one too. I just think the delay is rediculous, high demand or not, there is no excuse imo.
