Ok, looks like everyone is updating. I just got an email stating to not cash my 4 pending checks, there's been problems, etc etc etc. As an apology, FTP is giving me an extra hundo on top of the 100% refund of all funds to my FTP account in the next 24 hours.

I have 100% faith that the money will be in the account within 24 hours, because I've had issues with FT before in the past with payments and when they said within 24 hours, they meant it and kept true to their word. We'll see how it goes I guess, but I'm satisfied for now.

Glad you have so much faith because watching FTP and PS bounce checks, stop echecks and give "hundo's" to people's accounts, but don't give them any way of withdrawing is very disturbing

You're still going to put in volume? LOL @ anyone who still plays online. You'll be lucky to get ANY of your money from ANY site in the next 1-2 years. This is the beginning of the rapid decline of the US Online Poker market. GL

Whatever man. They've done this before to me and have come through. Until they 100% screw me, I'm not going to worry. I at least have some answers now. Plus, unless you're just ignorant to whats going on, we all know that PS and FT have been doing some "borderline shady" business (to state it nicely) in allowing us to keep cashing out funds as long as we've been able too. Its clearly illegal for them to keep allowing us to deposit and cash our money out, but they continue to do it. Props to them (I guess). The only reason I'm done with online poker isn't because of FTP or PS. Its because of our **** government taking away our freedom to play a card game with our hard earned money. FTP is jumping through hoops just as much as we are imo. They can't just come out and tell us every single little detail about whats going on imo, because that would only hurt their cause and future business.

I'd bet my roll that I'll get my money from FTP. Whether it be in a week or a month, or two months, I bet I'll get it all, plus that hundo spot they spotted me with. I've gotten a total of around $300 worth of free money from FTP in the past 45-60 days for these delays, and I've recieved half my money requested so far. Only about 2-3k more, and I'm out.

I just got the same email that others got. Kind of annoying that they don't email you to let you know first, but whatever.

I'm assuming they'll credit me the funds back, soon.

you're being a bit dramatic dont you think?

I've cashed out 4 xfers and 1 wire this year already with zero problems and zero delays.
my 3 checks withdrawals had probs(1 bounced, 2 never showed) but FT has already credited me today with the bounced check and within 24-48 hrs are crediting me the other 2 checks. Add a very nice "we're sorry for your troubles" bonus and I'll continue to use the avaliable methods for withdrawals.

Just plan accordingly and understand that withdrawals are going to take longer than the 15 business days you were normally use to.

Ahhh....OK, thanks for your input, very helpful. Been hearing same opinions for at least 3 years now. If it happens it happens, no big deal. I assure you if I stop playing online poker I won't be continuing to spend time on forums about online poker. Would be kinda odd to do so IMO.

I haven't been able to get a dime off Full Tilt for the past 2+ months. This includes 8 paper checks and 4 bank wires. 6 checks somehow vanish in the mail (I blame the mailman...HAHA, yeah right) and the other 2 checks arrive to me after 1 month. I cash both checks the next day and big surprise, a week later I get letters in the mail from my bank stating that the checks have bounced. Oh, and here is a $15 fee for each bounced check.

The wires are another funny story. 2 wires were rejected for "ACC INVALID" whatever that means. I'm assuming it means that the account numbers are not correct, but then how have I been able to make successful transfers in the past? Very confusing. Full Tilt said they had no further information on it except that they were told "ACC INVALID". Another wire was rejected due to processor difficulties...again, no idea what that means. The 4th wire was requested on Jan 18th to a different account so I'm waiting to see how long it takes for that one to not work.

I have 100% stopped playing on Full Tilt and will never play another hand there until they get their act together...not holding out any hope on that one. To be honest, I can't believe I continued to play on that site as long as I did considering I couldn't withdraw my money. I've quit wasting my time now and I encourage everyone else that can't withdraw to do the same.

I just got my confirmation email from FT saying funds will be put back into my account within 24 hrs too!

So where are you going to play? Poker Stars is probably having the same problems with processors. Althougth their support might be better. This isn't Full Tilt's fault, I'm sure they are working on alternatives. Personally I'm happy with the bonus, but I still don't assume that I'll be able to get my money easily. I used to play on a smaller site where cashouts would take around 3 months, assuming you called them to ask where your cashout was. I think everyone needs to prepare for these problems to keep occuring.

Just got my Pokerstars check in less than 1 week and that includes a day where there was a blizzard and no delivery of anything in between. Why am I posting in the Full Tilt checks thread? I'll let you figure it out since Full Tilt doesn't seem to be able to.

While the problems with withdraws might not be entirely Full Tilt's fault, they are not doing what they have to do to make their players happy/confident their money will get to them. I believe they have fallen to the level of using such shady "third-party processors" that they have no clue what is going on.

Why can't they provide tracking numbers for check withdraws? How do they not have an IBAN for a wire transfer? Pokerstars uses tracking numbers for their withdraws and Full Tilt won't even do it if I offer to pay for it. Something is very fishy there. Like I mentioned before, 6 checks were "lost" in the mail in the past 2 months. I then ask the question, were they really lost or were they never actually mailed in the first place? Since they claim it takes 15 business days for a check to arrive, plus a few more days for waiting to see if it comes, plus a few more days to put a stop payment on the check...you are looking at over a month from when you request the check until you realize you were never going to get it in the first place. Sounds like their way of stalling until they can figure something out. Instead of admitting there are problems with cashing out, they choose to deceive their players into thinking its a problem with the "third-party processors".

And these "bonuses" they give you are practically worthless. They give you 25 or 50 into your account to cover fees typically around that much and do they not realize that if you try and take that amount out, you are charged fees again and again so the 50 they give you is probably worth at most 35 which doesn't even cover the real money fees you incurred in the first place. Thanks for the "bonus!"

True, but when 2 competing companies have the same problem and one solves it quickly and efficiently while the other is still in a severe state of confusion for several months, what does that say?

Incompetence or apathy? Maybe it's not as much of a priority with them as it is Stars. They just don't seem as motivated because we see there are solutions.

At what point do they stop getting a pass for the "it's not our fault" thing?
