I'm surprised there's just a handful of people effected by this. Why isn't this thread flooded with players tilted about their checks not arriving or worse, bouncing when they do?

Is it because most players withdrawal via bank wires or bank transfers (max of $950???)?

Is it because only the above 2+2 members have made withdrawals at FT over the past couple months?

Probably because checks were only available for a week or two in December.

Anyways mine bounced as well, emailed ft support, might get a reply by next month.

There's not much for most people to say when checks aren't even an option. I've been trying to figure out a non-bank transfer/wire way to move my money off Full Tilt for a few weeks now. Not even sure if they're ever gonna get checks up and running yet. Feeling pretty SOL at this point, but at least I haven't been anxiously awaiting something that will probably bounce for over a month.

Will ftp ever be getting checks back? This was always the most convenient method for me to withdraw.

Add me to the "bounced" list. Check was requested 12/3, didn't come until early January IIRC. I asked if they'd be reimbursing me for the fee I incurred for trying to deposit this check, they conveniently failed to respond to this point.

Hello Jason,

hello,

i made a thread about this 10-15 minutes ago.
i never knew of this until i went through the search

i did an echeck withdrawal on the 4th of jan 2011.
the date is now the 26th and the amount of $510.00 has not been deposited into my bank account.

full tilt said they use 7 payment processors.
the cashier mentioned that i need to send in my banking statement.

will this matter be resolved right away?

i have done cashout before and it took 5 business days.

i should of just requested a paper check withdrawal because now i have to go through all this red tape.

Hello ******, Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support. I apologize for our previous email. Your withdrawal was processed as a Bank Transfer, not a paper check.

Please find below the details of your Bank Transfer withdrawal: Amount: $510.00Transfer Reference: ******** Bank Account Number: Ending in *****Date Approved: 1/4/2011

Full Tilt Poker uses several third party payment processors. As a result the billing descriptor listed on your bank statement may be unfamiliar to you. We recommend rechecking the bank statement that corresponds to the bank account number listed above, beginning with the date it was approved to the current date.

If you are still unable to locate the transaction, please provide us with a copy of your bank statement from the original approval date until the current date so we can investigate further. If you bank online and do not receive a paper statement, please send a screen shot of your online statement.

Before sending copies of your document, please ensure the following requirements are met: * The copies are clear and legible (96 to 150 DPI or higher recommended for scanned copies).* The copies include the full document (bill/pay stubs, folded papers and partial sections are not accepted).* It must display your full name and the same address listed on your Full Tilt Poker account.* Statements must clearly display your bank's letterhead or official logo and must show your account number* We can only accept email attachments of 3 MB or less, and attachments can be in either JPEG (.jpg) or PDF (.pdf) format. Thank you for emailing Full Tilt Poker Support.

We completely understand your concern, but, regrettably, are not in a position to offer an immediate resolution to the issue. We are now working with our payment processor to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Will contact you with an update in relation to your check during the upcoming days.

So obviously it sounds like our money was confinscated. They won't credit my account the money I requested. It really is amazing that FTP won't give any details as far as what is going on and when the money will be returned. Would be nice if they were open about issues and not always so cryptic. For a couple of weeks now they have told me the money will be returned to my account shortly. Another complaint I have is why won't they inform us what the MGR hits are for the different "withdrawl" methods. The least they can do is tell us this information since it is so hard to get a withdrawl.

My first post at 2+2, and its a complaint! (maybe I'll fit right in)

I withdrew via the check option on January 1st, and received the same generic responses everyone else has received this month. I thought coming into a decent sized poker forum might give me a few answers, and it did, just not the ones I wanted. Guess I hit the nail on the head with my last response to them ( I had to address it to all 3, because apparently thats who I'm dealing with now)

Attila, Rory, and Stephen,

I understand the part that a 3rd party processor made some sort of error, I get that part. What I'm trying to figure out is why a Full Tilt customer has to wait for a 3rd party to resolve this issue? I have no connection to the 3rd party processor, and obviously will never try a withdrawal again using the check method.

I just can't shake this feeling that this 3rd party processor not only botched my withdrawal but other FT customers withdrawals too, and that until THEY fix this issue we all are out of luck and will not receive our money back, which isnt very fair to FT customers.

I have to deal with people in my job all day long, and know that you 3 are just doing your job, but it is very disheartening being told everything is fine numerous times, only to be told weeks later things weren't o.k., and when you asked what is happening, you receive the same response from everyone.

Its my birthday weekend coming up. I hope I get a good present!

Thanks

Fortunately I'll be at Foxwoods playing poker with my hubby for my birthday, so I got that going for me ; )

here's yet another FTP check that wasn't honored.

Amount: $2,000
Bank: TD Bank

Requested: 12/4/10
Received 1/14/11

e-mail from FTP regarding the check being so delayed:

Hello ******,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We understand your frustration in the given circumstance and bring our repeated

apologies that the matter has caused you. Rest assured that we are working with

our payment processor to resolve any delays surrounding check withdrawals and

ensure that you receive your funds in a timely manner in the future. On this

occasion, however, we are not in a position to offer any compensation. Sorry

about that.

Thank you for your patience. If there's anything else we can do for you, please

feel free to email us.

just sent an e-mail about my bank rejecting the check, not very optimistic that they will respond in a timely fashion. can anyone offer any advice on a better cash out method? is anyone familiar with the costs associated with e-check and wire transfers to TD Bank?

I finally received a check from FTP that was requested 12/3 and I just found out today it has bounced. Just emailed them now and I assume it will be 24/48 hours for a simple response from them. Anyone know what the options are now. I assume they put the funds back into your account and try another withdrawal option. I don't know if I am an anomaly but PS withdrawals have been extremely efficient this whole past year. Guess where I'll be putting in the vast majority of my volume in the future.

No one has received any money deposited back into their Full Tilt accounts yet. Who knows how long it will be. I requested my check back on Dec. 12. It bounced and I still don't have my money.
