In anticipation of the upcoming UIGEA enforcement taking full effect in Dec. I requested a check for $19,000 from Full Tilt on Sept. 3. Haven't got anything yet...

Well atleast they do respond even though mail has never taken that longer before not even close to that long.

1 - Are you sure that you are sending to the correct e-mail address? (ie. fulltiltpoker.com and not just fulltilt.com - sounds dumb, but I've done this in the past.)

2 - Have they ever responded to you at all? Most people do seem to be at least getting acknowledged.

3 - If they have acknowledged you in the past, have you tried politely asking for an update or just another acknowledgement that they are still working on it? Even though you want to reach through the internet and grab them, they're probably more likely to respond to civility.

It's not your fault bcctmv. They have taken this line many times, obviously it is very unfortunate.

It will get worked out, just wanted to let you know that this is not the first time this has happened. This is pretty much what they do when they don't have an answer or update for someone.

i wanna take out a few more checks, but wanna make sure these are all straitened out...

I just wanted to ask b4 I start bombarding them w/ emails.

the 9/29 check request has already arrived.
I sent them an email, and they said they are just backed up a a little bit. hopefully the 9/29 check gets approved today or tomorrow.

I wish they they had $5k check, it seems like there were fewer problems back then.

They are sending me small amounts of $$$ into my account for no reason. today, I got 3 small transfers from FTP for like $50 (total) for no reason?

I'm guessing it's from that Take 2 promotion this month. You get $50 if you play 25 days.

I earned $25 bucks but don't remember them depositing as I went(it was $5, $10, $10, $25 increments) so I guess they're rolling out the extra dough now since the month is up. I didn't get mine yet though. :\

Never got the check I requested on Sept. 3rd. Right now, it's 2 days from the deadline of being cancelled, then they'll redeposit it back into my account. Took awhile just to get that information.

But, I requested a check on Wednesday night at about 11pm my time. I got it today. That's what timeframe I usually get. I'll be cashing it tomorrow instead of depositing it to make sure all's well.
