My bank will always hold any non local check 5 business days so it will not clear till 9/28.
Deposited in ATM. I took off my PokerStars jacket before arriving at the ATM because of camera lol. I forgot to check the # of digits in the account #.
I just checked and the check has already cleared. As I stated above checks always have taken 5 days to clear. I don't know which day it cleared but it is a pleasant suprise.

Still nothing after an approval on the 4th of Sept. I sent an email asking them to cancel that check and send another a.s.a.p. We'll see how that goes.

Little confused - does a 9-digit account # on a check mean it won't be good? Just got one from CA with the note and a 9-digit acct #....

Received my check in 5 days for $2k and went to a branch and cashed it. I do not have an account. I had to provide two forms of ID (drivers license and credit card) and also give a thumb print. Walked out with 20 Benji's.

Hey guys,
I withdrew a check from FTP and have received it. I live in Canada and use CIBC. Today I tried depositing, but the bank manager said they have never seen a check like this - it does not have a bank name/address, and the stamp is too low, so they denied it. They said it would cost me ~$25-$50 to send it to head office in Toronto to figure if the check is legit. I live in Vancouver fwiw.

Has anyone have similar problems? What the hell do I do?

Still nothing and it's been about 4 weeks. It's been 4 days since my last email and I've got no response to those either. This is getting f*cking ridiculous.

Make sure you are looking at the account #. The first set of numbers is the routing # and is 9 digits long. The second set is the account # and from what has been said ITT should be 10 digits long. The last set of numbers is the individual check #.
My own personal checking account is also in this format.

You can call the phone # on the check to confirm whether the check is good or not. People have done this and have been told wheter the check was good or not.
You can also email FT and if you are lucky they will respond and luckier still if they respond with an appropriate answer.

I withdrew a $1,000 check on September 4th. I haven't received the check to date and have written 3 emails to Cashier Support and have not received a reply. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH FULL TILT JOKER???

I just sent an e-mail to [email protected] and got a full response in about an hour. I was pleasantly shocked. But it was just a question and no actual transactions were involved. I don't know if they're picking and choosing or what, but the frustration in these cases is very understandable.

If you send an email to that address, you'll get a quick stock response, and then an actual one not long after. If you reply to a response, that's the one that will take awhile to get answered. At least thats how it's been for me.

I just sent somewhat "aggressive" email to them. Nothing too bad, just "Your delayed support is well known. How is this acceptable" and "You're a billion dollar corporation, why can't you hire more support people". Hopefully it doesn't mess anything up.

I requested my first check on 9/25, recieved 9/28. It had a goofy slip with the check encouraging me to cash the check from my "internet merchant" right away.

That comes with all of them now. Never had a problem with those checks, only getting this one.
