Wow. I received this email aswell. Apparently they want 30 usd for me not being active this year, and also for the years to come if I am inactive. I called them, gave them my account # and got told I should see their web chat blabla with an hour queue. I guess I need to find out where they are stationed and fly over the sea to whoop some ass. One thing I can't stand is a fraudulent operator.
