Ok, I see what you're saying. I guess I wasnt so clear by what I mean. Cake should offer some sort of promotion to try to get more play during non peak hours. Something off the top of my head would be double gold chips sometime in the morning. Sort of like how Full Tilt has happy hour for double the points.

I think this would overall be better for the Cake network than trying to get people to play Stud.

Anyone else having major issues since the last update? I had been getting basically no hiccups in the previous two weeks, but just updated today, and had 2 temporary freezes and then the "invalid session" lobby bug all in the first 30 minutes

Lee, is there any plan to reward HU players more than now? For example, over my last 1k hands of .25/.50 HU I have contributed $22 in rake and only received 14 fp points lol. I'm guessing you don't receive points unless the rake is at least .25c?

i didn't read the whole thread but I had a couple of minor occurances tonight;

1. I kept getting a small popup while playing that said "Invalid SessionID." Any way to stop this? It would pop up 1-2 a minute. I was able to click "ok" and continue playing but it was just a pain.

2. When I went to close the Cake client I got a message staying I was sitting at 1, or more tables and I had to close them before shutting down Cake. Problem with this is I did not have any tables open.

Not sure if this has been addressed yet, but did something happen to the gold rush's? Obv the best part about the gold chips, but I havent seen any running in the last couple weeks.

I don't know what happened but sportsbook has become unplayable for me in the last week. Everything is slow as hell. Restarting the client or my computer doesn't do anything.

AFAIK, the GOLD RUSH tournaments are not available on Cake Poker; they are only offered by some of the skins like PlayersOnly and Sportsbook.com. Therefore, Lee will not be able to comment upon them.

That said, I sorely miss these tournaments also.

I made my own chart today and my number are significantly lower. Can someone explain to me how they came up with their rakeback percentages. The way I see it is you take the bonus money you win and divide it by the rake paid.
Therefore, at level 10 Full ring. You take $10.25 (super turbo prize) and divide that by $1,056 (rake paid). Which comes to .908% rakeback

Cake obv did the calculations before offering this so I don't get why you'd want to hide it from us and make us do it by ourselves (i wish i knew how)??

Yea no problem. I dont get why Cake doesn't come out and let us know the rakeback percentages either. So far I don't think Cake has promoted this very well. It's free money they should be happy to let people know about it.

Does anyone have any idea when the new client will be up and running? Doesn't look like it will be before the end of the year, but hopefully some time in January. Can't wait to see what Lee is talking about when he says it will be state of the art and unlike any other in the industry

I recently discovered that holdem manager doesn't support cake poker network, and Pokertracker site claims that there is no hud on cake either. Does anyone know which hud software could display hud on cake table? Thanks
