I was in 4th place with 7 remaining out of a 10 player Double or Nothing. Do I just get my buy in back or will they give a little extra since 3 players already busted?

Cake has crashed now three times in two days when i have been playing there... I send e-mail to them and they responded this.

The first outage, I was returned 11 dollars for buy-ins for SNGs that i had not been able to get back into.

This past time, I had over $30 in buyins at STTs, just a half hour ago, and now I cannot open cake at all and haven't been ever since the first hands of all of my tournaments.

I had better be reimbursed the $30 or I'm done. And I'm absolutely NOT playing there until I read pages of reviews about how everything is back in order.

Lose, lose, lose situation playing at Cake right now. It's only possible to lose money. Great deal.

I was refunded all the buyins except for one. Whatever. I'll take whatever I can get (back.. of mine.. that shouldn't have been taken).

Keep the updates coming. I'll be watching from the sidelines. Really nervous about losing more money. This whole debacle of the last couple days has, positively, set me back and I personally cant afford that.

While I'm in this thread, I was signed up for cakes' "VIP Rakeback" system. It says payments are made after tuesday nights within 48 hours. I'm missing a good amount of money that had accrued and was displayed in my "VIP Status" option. What gives? The count of totals has already started for the next week.

This thread has turned into a bunch of little girls crying. The software sucks!!! No way, shocking!!!!!! Everyone knows the software sucks, its been that way for years. They are aware of this and have vowed to fix it in time. Come back when its fixed. You posting that Cake froze on you, join the club, this isnt new or helping anyone its just clogging this thread up. The micro rake and other relevant issues that can be corrected now get buried.
