I have the right to ask what ever I want thank you very much. I want to see if 888 is planning any changes. If 888 wants to compete against party/Borg it would make sense. What is the point of the change they implemented with saving HH if no one can use it. If you have nothing constructive to say mind your damn business.

No, 888 Is not going to change how they write their HH so you can use your software. They are not Pacific Poker, why in the world would they write a poker site that they are not even a part of.

Even if you begged and pleaded do you honestly think Caesars would allow that to happen, they'd prob get fined by the NJ Gaming Commission for sure.

Just stop wasting the 888 Reps time and go software bot somewhere else.
Pretty much everything you wrote is incorrect. You seem very confused on what he is asking for.

I would figure 888 and wsop would be doing all they can to get players to switch and for many this should up there on the priority list considering how much upside the change would have in comparison to how little effort the change takes. 888 implemented HH in the first place in a attempt to fix the issue so i figured the development team would keep this top of mind. Would appreciate a response from the 888 mod.
I have sent this over to the team.

Does anyone have a table meter? I think I read that there was supposed to be one somewhere in 888's literature, but I do not have it. I can see the progress under my account in the browser, though.

HEM and PT4 would not support a site without some type of relationship with support. Think of the press they would get if everyone who spent $100 on their software got banned because some new tool they released violated some NJ rule or something.

888 could easily change their format, and PT or HEM could just as easily release an update that reads the HH as it is. That really isn't the issue. I suspect that PT and HEM are trying to work things out with support and running into the same types of issues that you can read about in this thread.

HEM has said it is just a question of fitting it into their schedule.

Dunno. If you search for "New Jersey" on their sites you can find the appropriate thread. I think I linked it as well.

Yes lol, I just missed the part where they ask which parts of 888 need improvement like a multiple choice for that.

It's like this survey was meant to be a pat on the back for them, and not to get real feedback on what they can improve ya know?

oh well.

The link never worked for me, but somehow 888 credited my account. I guess they saw I clicked on it, and that was good enough.

honestly pretty ****ty. you can only play one table at a time. you cant play a tournament on the ios unless you register for it on ios. (cant sign up for tourny via computer then go play on iphone or ipad). also no way to access your tournaments that you are in. you have to hope that the system pop up shows you them which it only does sometimes. many times i have to log out and back in just to get to my table.

I know that a lot people have had issue but has anyone else been told that if they clicked on the (New Jersey law says we have to email you each time you log in, but the good news is you can stop getting these emails by clicking here.)
I had clicked on this even before i made my first deposit and when i did make deposit i was told that I was good to go ready for bonus match and if I had bets of over $500, I would get 80% rake back. Now i'm being told i don't because of this crap.
How has anyone else got around this?

Build a time machine and don't opt out of any emails.

But qualifying for the 80% rakeback ended Jan 31st AFAIK

I almost always have them email it to me before they close the window out.

They pretty much always tell me they can't, until I tell them they've done it before and if they can't to have their superior send it to me.

They have always then sent it to me.
