Huh? You have 1k written twice. But it could be the angle the photo was taken.

They are the same size IRL. Probably just distortion/perspective in the picture. Don't know about the $25K chip though. Looks bigger.

Forgot about this. Couple years ago (i was 19), someone offered to play me HU 10/25. I think I ended up winning 12k.

Also hope that arm wasn't in play. Would hate having to explain how I lost one in a poker game!
those would appear to be oversized 43mm chips... a 7th wonder of the world really.

I always wondered if the chips on HSP and PAD were oversized 43mm chips. No chance right, otherwise they couldn't shuffle their chips?

I dont believe they are on those shows.. at least not the 'smaller' denoms. Maybe the biggest denom is but not from what I seen

dont know about 25ks but aria 5k and under are all the standard size. the 500 and 100 chips in that pic are baccarat chips which are all oversized

1/2 200max at Star Casino, Sydney AU. About 2 hours into session.

Had one larger session but didn't take photo of my stack (stupidly asked floor for permission, who obv snap-refused). Played 16 hours at Edgewater, Vancouver BC and built a $2k pyramid, all in redbirds. Was awesome.

Here's two more -

Neat and tidy 400bb stack at Star

And one of my £1/£1 sessions at the Vic in London - still one of my favourite card rooms to play in over the three continents I've been lucky enough to explore! In for my standard 120bb, that's fairly short into the session.

Some of the chips are from Baccarat, others from poker. They are different size.

Can someone elaborate? Is it only baccarat chips that are differently sized or are the poker chips different from the chips used in all the pit games? What is the point and do other casinos do this besides Aria? Sorry for all the questions but I've never heard of this.

Nevada gambling regulation requires baccarat chips to be 43mm. Could not find a good reason why other than because in other countries it is played with plaques? Or to track profit/loss differently

The bigger ones say "BACCARAT" on them. We should feel stupid.

It was in the "high limit room", near the Cashier.
