I imagine there are a lot of requests/traffic due to the end of the grizzly games. Will update when something changes

my cashout took a "ridiculous" 20 hours or so to process this time around.

My recent cashout took about 20 hours instead of the 6-8 I was used to. Needless to say.. I'm appalled. In all seriousness the cash outs are the best part of global.. so thanks staff.

You may have to redo the verification process. During my first cash out I moved cities, although I stayed in the same state. I had to send them an updated driver's license and utility bill from the new address, and all was good.

I haven't cashed out yet as I'm rather new to the site and building my bankroll, but I like what I'm seeing with these comments.

I requested a cash out from their sister site Chumba casino, same support team. requested on 2/10- got an e-mail back on 2-11 requesting docs, sent ID and bill- said my bill would not work and requested utility bill or bank statement, so I sent them PDF of my bank statement end of day on 2/11- so far I have not heard back from support- the cash out is for 2k, I resent the e-mail again yesterday, I see everyone is getting paid out it just seems to be hit and miss on the length of time. if they want to retain customers on ether platform they should at the very least have life chat support.

Requested a cash out yesterday and entered my PayPal email for them to send it to. Ended up cancelling that payout and requested a new one. The place to enter PayPal email is gone. Do they still have my PayPal email? Also, this is my first cash out.

Welcome to Global, congrats on the cash out.

Yes the still have your PayPal email, and for some reason (maybe security?) they don't have a place for you to edit it once you have put it for your account. If you end up needing to change it I think support can handle that for you.

Have you sent in your documents and are you verified yet? If not that will need to happen as well to prove you are a legal player for the site.

day 6 with no response from support...is this normal, I know the same people handle both global and Chumba. is anyone else having long wait times for response

They might be sister sites, but I don't know that your assumption is true that Chumba Casio support staff will be the same as Global Poker support staff. I wish you were having a better experience with the Chumba Casino support staff, but I also don't know that your trouble with them is appropriate for this forum.

I apologies Splayaa, I'm not 100% sure it is the same support staff, they are both owned and controlled by VGW holdings. I play on both, It was my first cash out attempt on ether site, I did not know where else to turn.

Whilst they have the same owner Chumba Casino and Global Poker are run as two completely different companies.

That being said can you let me know your account name and I will see if I can get somebody to look into it for you?

Hey,guys,I have a different addresses on ID and on my account,is that a problem for cashing out or...?The thing is that I really use both of them and I do have a plenty of proofs that I live on the address from the account.Thanks in advance

Yeah it is going to be an issue. It needs to all match up. It needs to be photo ID, bill and address listed in the account all matching. Not having that combo is likely going to lead to a lot of issues for you.

If I said what you said is false, it means the opposite. Your ID addresses and such do not need to match. Mine don’t match and I know many others who don’t match and are verified.

Still not sure I follow, but all that aside, if they are approving people with unmatched documents I don't know why people have issues with sending documents.

Either way, Global support is really where the question needs to go with the documents of "Will this be approved?" And if they approve it, without matching, so be it welcome to Global.
